Had the misfortune of Chris & Calise…
Had the misfortune of Chris & Calise placing an order from my company for their business. They ordered (4) Large shirts & (2) XS shirts. The order was delivered to them exactly as placed. At that time Calise emailed stating they didn't order the XS shirts, they should have been Larges. We directed Calise to their order confirmation page and 4 subsequent emails, all of which showed her order was shipped correctly,. At that time Chris emailed and turned a simple exchange into a nightmare. Admitting to not checking the sizes in any of the communication continued to blame us for the error, calling name and threatening to leave bad reviews.
Later in the day they placed another order from us, which was promptly canceled. Calise then utilized our live chat service to berate the customer service agent, again calling names and demanding to place an order, stating she would be a repeat buyer. We informed Calise that we are not interested in continuing to do business with her or her company. More demands from her for services we don't offer and threats of negative reviews.
I would hope that Calise and Chris treat other suppliers better than this, and certainly would assume they treat their customers differently than they did our staff today. What should have been a simple exchange was turned into a completely inappropriate exchange from individuals who have no appreciation for those who are tasked with providing them service. Threaten staff who assists you and then want help? No thanks Calise and Chris.
