My money has been frozen for over four years. FINKO and GetBucks went bankrupt and stopped paying. My money was frozen. MINTOS rated these companies highly trustworthy, and just a month later, my money was blocked. I think MINTOS has responsibilities, as they indicated these companies as good payers.

The rating for each lending company is calculated based on several factors that come into the play. While a lending company can have a very good score, the circumstances can change significantly which then affects the ability of the lending company to fulfil its obligations towards Mintos. Diversification plays an important role within the world of investments and following this principle, one can reduce the risks related to the investments.
Saying that, it is our aim to recover the overdue funds as quickly as possible, the recovery processes are however very complex and can take up to several years. Important to mention is that the overdue funds are not considered to be lost.

An easy to use platform with a…
An easy to use platform with a responsive and friendly customer service. Most of the loans are performing well, a small minority is in active recovery. Minutos is one of the best and most reliable platforms over roughly 15 that I have used over the years.

From Minefield to Solid Platform
I am a few years with Mintos already. Initially this was a minefield with plenty of loan originators (LO) defaulting in a short period. Including ones with good ratings. For the last 2~3 years things stabilized and I shift money back to Mintos. Very careful LO selection remains critical and therefore I almost exclusively do manual invests.

Easy to use, hassle free investments
Easy to use, clear instructions and explanations on how your money is used/invested. Just remember no investment is risk free and you should do your due diligence and not blindly trust online comments like this one. But try it for yourself with an amount you don't need and test it out (also checking if you can get your funds back)

Please note that the overdue funds are not held by Mintos, they are held by the lending companies and it is our aim to recover the overdue funds as quickly as possible.
We strive to recover 100% of the overdue funds. We have managed to do so previously and we intend to continue in our efforts. However it's important to mention that the recovery process is a very complex one and can take up to several years depending on various factors.
Please remember that you can always check the status of your overdue funds directly in your Mintos account to have a detailed overview about our recovery efforts.
As for the buyback obligation, kindly note that it is an enhancement provided by the lending companies, not by Mintos. Needless to say that while it is an enhancement provided by the lending companies, it does not make the investments risk free.

Excellent ROI, simple user interface, reliable
I've been using the core loans product for a few months. It's easy, reliable, and offers a very good ROI. I've recently started making use of Mintos's corporate bonds offers. I haven't come across such good deals elsewhere.

Great platform if you have your risks mitigated
easy use of platform and it comes with an app as well, however, the app has limited features compared to its website. this could be improved. Also the bond or lets say overall the portfolio analysis could be better or should be able to customize for user preferences.
Platform offers secondary market, so it is great if you want to sell your stuff earlier. Also the investment options are wide in Bonds and Loans (this two what i use currently), but due to this fact you also need to do proper risk mitigation. Some originators are ok, others not. So, do the filtering and homework before put any money on any bond or loan.
