I was struggling to get my server up and running and Keneth G. and Jazmin R helped me out a lot!

The server experience is excellent, Keneth G was really quick and fixed my issue right away and the server stability is out of this world!

Ben helped me out by backing up the server and unsuspending the server long enough for me to download the server backup.

10/10 would recommend.

we pay for a server and we were experiencing some lag issues with our mod pack. Jazmin R had exceptional customer service and was incredibly helpful. i don't know if the lag is completely fixed yet, but their response time and knowledge make me feel confident it will be.

Jazmin was very helpful and explained everything in detail. They also provided helpful screenshots. They helped me understand every step of the way when it came to downloading my server files. Great customer service!

The customer service is great! I recently encountered a problem where my server was lagging like pretty bad. Do not get me wrong, it was not the hosting's fault the hosting is great and even better depending on what plan you get. It was my fault since I added a script with a bunch of different things in it that I had no idea would even lag the server. With the brilliant help of Jazmin who is a very helpful support person, I was able to figure out what was wrong in the script that made the server lag so much and Jazmin was even able to fix it for me! Now my server is running a solid 20 ticks per second and is in great shape! I truly could not of done this without Jazmin as they helped me so much and I greatly appreciate it.

Keneth G. was very helpful for my server, when I asked for something, he answered very quickly also he added some tweaks for better performance. So very helpful !

I heard about MintServers from my friend. I checked out their website and the plans looks pretty good. Not too expensive budget friendly. I had some qustions before ordering so i ended up opening a ticket. I got Philip as support who did a professional job answering all the questions and mentioning me things i needed to know before buying a server. Explained which would be a good plan for me,estimated ping for players and he was fast and professional with the answers.

Been using MintServers for about a week now and can already say this is the best Server Hoster I have used so far. The price seems fair and the performance good but the the thing that impressed me the most was the support they provide. It is not only fast but also really good. All my issius were fixed in no time!

I have Unlimited Ultra and have a modded 5.10.16 deceased craft Server with 20~ people. We haven't experienced any lag or similiar problems yet.
