Hi Jaime, we are trying our best to find out about your order and we replied to all three messages from you but probably they are going into your spam folder. Your order was shipped with USPS on Nov 8th but for reasons we are trying to investigate it's been held since. We are hoping to get this sorted soon. Needless to say, if the package got lost you will be fully refunded. Sorry again and thank you for your patience and understanding
