Advertised as a UK site however goods took a good while to arrive so my suspicion that this was a Chinese supplier was confirmed. Dresses were INFERIOR quality, completely NOT as described - would’ve looked better in a black bag! Was offered 20% refund to keep items, which I took as was going to cost me £26 to send back and I was very dubious at this point so ended up with something instead of nothing! In hindsight wish I hadn’t accepted the refund and fought the transaction through my credit card company :-(

As others have mentioned its absolute scam. Quality is terrible and tacky. Tried to return and of course am still waiting for my money back months later and they don’t reply to emails anymore. AVOID!

After reading all of the online reviews, it is apparent that they portray this Business to be based in London and a UK Company however they are actually based in China and the shipping costs to return items are extortionate.

I received a dress which was disgusting and requested to start the returns process. They offered me 30% discount to keep the dress that was unfit for purpose so I was unhappy with 30% discount to keep the item and also unhappy that I needed to pay £20 shipping costs if I was to return it. I am going to report them to Trading Standards regarding their fraudulent practices and a clear breach of trading standards regulations.

I was led to believe, based on their advertising and the representations they made, that the item ordered was genuine and of a certain quality and shipping was within the UK, the item is nothing like the advertisement, quality is very poor and it is not fit for purpose and they are also based in China not the UK, it is impossible to return the item and receive a full refund due to the extortionate shipping costs that would be incurred. I have clearly been misled.

You should all do the same and report this Company as we have all been misled and they should not be able to get away with this and continue misleading more customers.

Disgraceful, poor quality not a UK site, comes from China then post office label added, when arrives in UK, returns are to China cost £20, they only give you 70% back if you don't send back, so complete con, scam, fraudulent site, not as advertised on a supposedly UK site !!!!!!! Unbelievable, purchased in good faith,

I ordered a dress and it was too big. I contacted them for details on how to return. It’s taken weeks for them to get back to me. They’ve told me that I can’t have a refund for the value of the dress. Don’t trust them they’re nothing as they make out to be on their website. It all comes from China and isn’t very well made. Very disappointing..

I stupidly bought 4 items from what looked like a stylish botique based in London. I'm usually a lot better than this at doing due diligence but I was suckered in by an Instagram advert.

First - as soon as I ordered and checked the reviews I realised I was going to be in for a ride so I made contact with them to cancel the order because their reviews were so bad. They refused and said its already processed so I'd have to wait for delivery. Then they would help with returning thereafter. Horrible abuse of resources and the environment!!

Second, only 3 of the 4 items were shipped from China and it took 2 weeks to arrive. They are ALL absolutely SHOCKING quality. Like so bad. It's like a child made an effort to make the dresses look like the ones in the picture and got all the colours wrong!! There is no other way to describe this but as scamming customers.

They are refusing refund, offering discount on another purchase instead! They also say they don't offer refunds based on change of mind.... no mention of this in returns policy on website!

Please save yourself the stress!!!

So far I have exchanged 8 emails with them trying to return.
Be warned if you insist on returning the item, they will suddenly remember the restocking cost as well as the postage which is your responsiblity.
This markets itself as a UK company it us not, it comes straight from China

Wouldn't even rate 1 star.. ordered an item October 11th 2024, it's now 24th June 2025, never received the item, get company shut down !!!!!!

Ordered 3 items - 4 weeks later 2 of the items arrived - nothing like the images and certainly not worth the price, an obvious scam as the store is ‘closing due to the change in the industry and the owner becoming a grandparent’ and has been for weeks.
One item was faulty and so I sent images and Diana in customer services (who I think is a vampire as she only does night shift - obviously not in this country) I was offered 15% refund which I accepted.
It hasn’t been processed and when I chased it, I received an email from the lovely Diana - saying the warehouse now say the defect is not covered under their returns policy.

The 3rd item showed up a week later. Terrible quality.

AVOID AT ANY COST!!!!

Came damaged WONKY SEWN BUST CUPS, that wonky that one cup is on the bust , the other one is under your arm.

Complaint to the customer service DIANNA , most useless- no returns !!! Just 15% off all they have offered.

Avoid! Not the London boutique it claims to be. Nasty, cheap, bottom end clothing shipped from China. Dress I ordered arrived after a month, absolute trash. Silly me for getting sucked into their fake, scammy ads.

I think this company was trading as London boutique a year ago, all there info and marketing is exactly the same just a different name, when you order they take your money and you never receive your order or replies to your emails. It’s a scam

Don’t bother ordering. Ordered a jacket on 11th October still not received it. Still not been sent out. They ignore your messages then reply 2 weeks later.
Won’t even need the coat now had to buy another one. I don’t understand why these company’s think it’s ok to take people’s money when they have nothing to send in return for it.

Take your money and you don’t receive the items. Emailed them about 20 times and no reply. Had to report it to my bank as a scam. Feel sorry for all the people they’ve completely ripped off 😞
