Really quick response to my issue. The shade is ordered didn’t suit me so Charlotte offered to send me a different shade. I offered to return the unopened bottle but Charlotte said that wasn’t necessary and to pass it on to someone else. Really impressed! The replacement has already been processed for me. Thank you for the uncomplicated process.

To be honest it is a shame this does not do what it states. The colour and coverage is amazing. However it does not dry in 10 mins,it does transfer on to clothes and even after a shower the next day it still rubs off. Do not wear anything white or anything half decent. Certainly would not feel comfortable sitting on a light coloured sofa. Definitely will not buy again.

I used it for face despite seeing only body applicatioms in the facebook app and It gives my lovely face a well deserved glow…

It is totally a scam the brush they use to demonstrate on the ad is not the brush they supply you with ! the one you purchase is completely different ! the tan it's self is horrible and looks like your warring tights eek!

What an amazing customer service! The colour of the cream was not quite right so I emailed and within a few hours Charlotte had responded informing me that a new/lighter shade had been sent out to me. I have never been so impressed with a company! Thank you so so much! 💛

Thep product was amazing, it provides great coverage for sun spots & imperfections! It was a bit messy to apply initially, I never got to the point where the paper towel didn't rub off. I found it came off on my clothing, so I would suggest applying it the day before needing it. After 24 hrs there was no rubbing off!

What an awful product, feel totally ripped off. Save your money, it looks and feels awful on your skin. Makes your legs look like your wearing a pair of old American tan tights !!!😬

Absolutely amazing customer service from this company, especially Charlotte who went above and beyond to resolve an issue I had when ordering, due to poor internet connection that I had I ended up ordering twice and through no fault of Miracle de Paris was billed for double the order so I emailed them for help, Charlotte replied in minutes and in no time at all I was refunded for the duplicate order. The body protector and brush is amazing and I would highly recommend the product and the company. First class company and products that made my first time using this company very pleasant and satisfying, will definitely be a returning customer. Thanks to Charlotte, you are a fantastic asset to this company.

I absolutely love this body makeup. The coverage is beautiful and leaves the skin looking smooth, even, and flawless without feeling heavy. It blends so well and gives such a natural finish. What impressed me most is how long-lasting it is — once it’s on, it really stays put and doesn’t transfer onto clothes, which is a huge plus. Definitely one of the best body makeup products I’ve tried.

I thought the bottle wouldn't last long but I was surprised after using for 1 month I feel like the bottle is still 3/4 full. Wow!!!!!

I ordered the tanning cream but it came with no brush . I e emailed and it turns out I hadn't ordered the pack with the brush,but they agreed to send me a brush. Your team responded well and prompt which is very professional. Thank you Charlotte.

I like the coverage. Easy to apply, very natural looking. Was supposed to come with setting spray. Refers to it in the instructions & asks for feedback on it. Ive fed back that the spray wasnt there. No response as yet

Goes on easily, gives a smooth coverage. I got loads of compliments!
