I returned two items on 8th August. I was only refunded for one. I have been chasing a refund since 29th August. I had purchased 3 items and returned two. I keep getting holding emails and now I’m told they refunded the costume I actually kept but they can’t find the two I returned. I am awaiting £205 and am beginning to feel as though Miraclesuit will avoid paying it.
This is not a company I can recommend or will use again.

I purchased in May, only wore the suit approximately 10 times. After a few months I noticed the strap in the front of the suit seemed to be wearing thin, it was obvious that the strap was not properly attached. In early August I attempted to reach out to the company. I sent them an email, however they are not responding. It is clear to me that this company does not stand behind their product.

Awful return process - the swimsuit didn’t suit me so I returned it. It cost me £24.35 in postage from UK 5 weeks ago and I’ve still not had a refund. They are ignoring my emails too. I wrote a review on their webpage about it and they haven’t published it.

Still awaiting my refund 2 months after posting, which cost £30 to return. Avoid.

I emailed customers service at Miraclesuit regarding US and UK sizing I received a response literally within 10 minutes of submitting my query, they are fast and efficient so Customer service at Miraclesuit is a definite 5* for me

This business readily sells outside the US but charges $$$$$$ to return items from outside the US. The swimwear wasn’t as advertised. Recommended avoiding this business that acts in a deceptive and misleading manner. Don’t waste your money and time. Avoid disappointment.

Don’t buy online outside of the US. Purchased items and they weren’t as advertised and had to pay $US55 to return them from Australia, but the Miraclesuit advertising misleadingly implied the items were posted locally. My credit card stated “Miraclesuit Melbourne” (ie Australia). Very deceptive and misleading conduct.

Choose very carefully because return process is a nightmare I sent a swimsuit that I wanted to refund in September last year and apparently they still haven’t received it!!?? What a joke ! The prices they charge are bloody outrageous swimwear is nice but a nightmare to get on especially if you are hot n sweaty which you usually are if you’re going for a swim!! So don’t be an idiot like me and pay their ridiculous prices spend your money locally at least that way you can return them if they don’t fit or you don’t like them

Deceptive advertising. When looking at closeout swimsuits they offer $50 off your first purchase and $60 if you sign up for text messages. The discount codes are not valid for the products they are advertised with. After they have your information the email says $200 purchase but that's not part of the advertisement.

I used to like Miraclesuit. I just bought a tankini top that had underwire. The underwire poked through the fabric within 3 wears making everything I do in the suit extremely uncomfortable. It is apparent from the reviews I see online that since 2022, they have downgraded their products to the detriment of customer loyalty. I dunno, maybe they are having hard financial problems and they need to downgrade their quality to make ends meet. To that I say, make less product and do more quality in the products that remain. Or take a cut in salary and bonuses for the CEO, CFO and put that money towards a quality product. Or have the people in charge put on one of their own underwire suits and wear it for a day, That could be a hoot and they would feel how uncomfortable it is to wear them and hopefully use their resources to do better.

Fabric disintegrates. Do not buy this as its a waste of money.
Wish I had read these reviews first. The material dissintergrates in pool water. They look good on but you can't go swimming in them. They wouldn't do refunds just suggested buying a different fabric swimsuit.
DONT BUY THIS IF YOU WANT TO GO INTO WATER.

Don’t deal with this money I returned goods over 3 weeks ago still not had money refund went through PayPal opened a case the sellar keeps telling me to close the case. PayPal say still not had any refund. Have to wait further weeks to get money back through PayPal. Don’t deal with them. I will not ever again

I tried to order a swimsuit for $138 USD... when that converted. It changed to $245 CAD. How did they come up with that conversion?! These guys are ripoff artists.

I cannot speak highly enough about these swimsuits! When I say I feel like i'm wearing a hug, that's exactly how It feels! Gives me more confidence! Its hard to wear a one piece swimsuit and feel comfortable. I purchased a few and returned all but one with the ease of their return policy! I had no issues with the sweet customer service reps who helped size me and were very generous with their knowledge! Customer for life!

I have ordered two bathing suits from this website and at checkout final price in USD was 200, shipping for international order is free but they charge in your currency even though a USD debit card was provided and this 200 USD changes to 260 USD. What is this 60 USD charged for is unknown. Customer Service is not helpful at all, saying that this is duties and taxes, but it is not shown anywhere at the checkout you see 200 USD in cart, hit payment and shipping and voila the price automatically changes to your local currency and the 200 USD is changed to 260, no separate line for duties and taxes. I have been ordering from other websites like amazon, ebay, iherb and I know what I am talking about, no extra charges ever applied. this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will buy from other websites where I will get a better customer experience.

I WILL NEVER BUY FROM MIRACLESUIT AGAIN. Wish I read reviews first. I purchased two swimsuits. An amount appeared in my cart and only after I hit purchase changed to a much higher amount. This was misleading. I called Miraclesuit customer service about this and they offered me 25% off but then retracted the offer. I then advised I wanted to return the items, and they refused to cover return postage even though I was mislead on price. As a further insult they advised me that if they had to send me DL labels it would cost me $50 per label as they would not accept them together. This is shameless terrible treatment of customers. I don’t know how they are getting away with it. Also the items are oversized and are not as they appear online. BUYERS BE VERY AWARE WHEN DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY.

I literally hate this swimsuit. It cost over $200 and the underwire came out within 10 uses. It is so uncomfortable and takes forever to get on and off. What a waste of money+

Terrible customer service. Waiting for my order for weeks. When it should be delivered a while ago, according to their website communication during my order process. Now I need to contact DHL. When I ask them to help me, they repeat: that I have to contact DHL. I paid lots of money for a swimsuit that I don’t receive and now I also have to ‘work’ for it and spend extra hard times. Terrible…

Worst company ever. I paid $19.95 for an expedite shipment 2-3 days and the swimsuit arrive 6 days later (wed,thurs,Friday - counting weekend sat and Sunday). Without counting the weekend, the swimsuit should have been delivered on Friday but I received the swimsuit on Monday. I just requested a credit for my extra shipping cost and it have been refused, they are unwilling to reimburse for the shipping cost and therefore denied me the credit of $19.95. I am a new customer, never ordered from this company before. I don’t recommend this company at all, they don’t stand by their shipping rules (listed on their website). They are liars and thieves, be aware. They are prepared to bury their reputation for $19.95. Don’t care about customers satisfaction. They stand for nothing, no integrity, no honor.

I wish I'd read these reviews before ordering. Having paid £156 for a swimsuit my expectations were fairly high. The suit was ok but certainly not worth that sort of money. It took ages to work out how to return it, from the UK you have to pay and it cost £23 at normal post office £35 for DHL. I will wait to see how long the refund takes to come! DO NOT BUY from this company
