Rules before they sign up because you can't get out.
I need to know just what the rules are. I see I am being billed monthly. I'd like to quit but it costs a fortune to quit.

Do research before signing
Save yourself some time and money, tell the kid who tries to sell you on this product to find a better job. Their service is not effective and there is no recourse to cancel other than pay the $400 fee. Should be ashamed of themselves.

Horrible company outsourcing service to…
Horrible company outsourcing service to local kids who have no idea how pest products work or can setup a business account or service.
Contract says you can cancel in writing in 3 days but they require you to call and speak with an “account manager”.
Do not waste your time or money!

Very good service
CJ let me know he has my home on his schedule and then notified me when he was on his way. When he and his partner, Rosie, arrived, they explained what they were going to do. After they were finished, they again explained what they had done. Both CJ and Rosie were polite, friendly and professional. Happy to have this service.

Very professional and friendly company. Mira Homes is very efficient as John Mable came this morning and took care of my fire ants that seem to love my yard. The pest control and mosquito’s are under control and the staff is amazing. Thank you!

Wish I could give 0 stars
Wish I could give 0 stars. These sales employees can’t take ‘no’ for an answer, my family has declined service in the past and their response is to come back 3 times a day to harass not just us, but the entire neighborhood into buying them. I’ve heard they’ve been banned in other neighborhoods for the exact same reason. Seriously, do not give this ‘company’ any credit.
