You're absolutely right about the packaging tip, and we appreciate you pointing it out. We'll definitely take this into account for future orders and make sure we use more protective filler to avoid any unnecessary movement during transport. This should be the standard at our fulfillment center and we are actively communicating with that department to see why more protection wasn't added.
