Dear Matteo,
we sincerely apologize for the delivery process that is a little longer than usual. We have sent the sneakers on May 24th and it takes the courier service 2-5 days for the delivery. We have sent you an email with the tracking number.
The original shipping date was May 15th but we had to postpone due to a Covid outbreak at the factory. We know this sounds like a cliche but it really is the truth. We are terribly sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you. When this happened we immediately sent an email to you and to all customers who purchased on the preorder to explain the situation, apologize and notify you about a slight delay in delivery.
As always, we encourage everybody to contact us directly and we will try our best to work out any problems they are experiencing.
We are always here and happy to assist.
Nevertheless, we hope your sneakers arrive today and you will find them worthy of all the waiting. 🤗 💚

Why did I buy your shoe? I heard your awesome pitch on the Delfin Project, and as a "green grandma", became curious ! The birthday of my son in law was good opportunity to have an order. Everything worked well. The measurement is precise, the delivery service fast-I got in 5 days from my order, and the gifted person was happy because of the nice and comfortable shoe, plus the extra-red-shoestring. The price is high, but the price-value proportion is good. Hope,You will be succesful even in Hungary! Good luck Miret!

Great sneakers
I received the sneakers very fast (to France). I am size 36 or 37 for smaller models, I ordered 36 and they fit perfectly. They are very comfortable and true to the photos. I will probably get the green ones too once they have them in my size.
