The men size chart for kurta was a bit confusing for me. It says to choose the same size as your chest measures. When reviewed the size, for my 46 inches chest, it was showing kurta size of 50 which I understood as too large for me.
So I stated chatting with Rutvik from customer service using the company's WhatsApp service.
Rutvik tried helping me with my queries and later I chose to order a kurta payjama with nehru jacket tonight.
Rutvik's help was useful in making my purchase. I just hope the size I have ordered fit me correctly. If not, I will be requesting to replace this item with another size.

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE! I have been emailing them weekly for my refund (although they need 7 days from order received to request return)

This is a scam they sent you items that are not shown in pictures the quality is very very bad clothes are ripped and then when you want to return they never respond it is a scam company do not buy from them

Tried on several occasions to cancel my order due to reading the reviews and I no longer needed the jacket. At the time I was told I could not cancel as the jacket was in production. I e-mailed several times and spoke to Amman via WhatsApp he said he would cancel and refund my order but seemed only interested in me giving a good review. I said I would review once I had receive a refund and my order was cancelled. The order was sitting in the warehouse for several days and could have been cancelled. The customer service is diabolical and I now have a leather jacket on its way to me from India. I wait with bated breath on its arrival and I have asked for their returns policy. Will give an update once it is received, if I do indeed receive it.

In hindsight I should have looked into the company before ordering. Lesson learned 😌

Mirraw worked well for us. Their customer service is very responsive and friendly. Their stitching department worked diligently with us to clarify and explain the measurements and styles. Just one suggestion- please try to treat the sarees with some fresh smelling natural chemical (or dry clean them) so that they ready-to-wear on arrival. Overall a good experience with Mirraw.

Beautifully stitched and fit like a glove! Be aware that regardless of the blouse back you choose it will be stitched to the picture and neckline came up higher than I expected but doesn't change that I love it!

received my four items of clothing, and I have to say I am extremely disappointed with the quality. I was genuinely excited to receive my parcel, but that excitement quickly turned into disappointment when I saw the items in person.
The material feels very cheap, like something you would buy from a street market, and is nothing like what is shown in the attractive photos on your website. Considering the prices you charge, I expected good-quality clothing that looks smart and presentable, not items that fall so far short of what is advertised.
I feel the website photos give a misleading impression of the actual quality of the products. This has been a very disappointing shopping experience, and I do not feel the items are worth the prices paid.

Uzer really helped me out urgently when I needed the products to be shipped ASAP. The entire experience has been stress free and fast. Thank you for all the help. Now I can't wait to receive the goods and wear them.

I order suits from Mirraw. I had a really bad and disrespectful experience with them before placing order Mirraw and their staff member YASH talk to polite and he replied very fast and keep calling and now when I received my order I want to return it but now they are not telling me how to return even they no answering any of my messages. This is really very cheap to hurt their customers. before placing order you are very kind and trustworthy but after order look at you? This was my first and last order I am still waiting of their reply. Even i am ready to pay shipping fees but still they ignoring me. So please please don't buy any thing from them.
