Ammar veer ji was Soooo nice! When I was selecting my suits and sarri’s I saw a different date and thought I will have plenty of time before the wedding that I am attending but after I placed the order I saw, my suits were coming one day before the wedding 🙁 I panic and made a phone call, spoke with Ammar and he gave me so much peace and said don’t worry I will expedite the order and we will get it to you as soon as we can. I was very pleased and grateful for that. I have never ordered anything before and I’m so excited, because I always wanted to order but couldn’t trust anyone. I’m confident that I will be ordering plenty more for all the weddings that are coming up. Fabulous service Yash was helping me directly via whatsapp

My first time order from Mirraw, I had a problem with shipping and handling charge. Then I wanted to add more items to the 1st order on the same day so the shipping charge is waived. It took times to communicate back and forth. Rutvik was helping me via WhatsApp. Sometimes the communication was not continuous but Rutvik explained to me due to the time zone difference and he assured that he will follow up to assist me to complete my shopping order. Thanks Rutvik!

Dealt with the issue promptly and resolved within minutes, polite customer service

I was getting difficulties with my order contacted to Mirraw customer care and they give solution right away! They were very polite and professional.

Order was incorrect size and company refused to acknowledge it. It was at least two sizes too small and they kept showing me photos of a different item when I could literally see the measurements were not per spec. There can always be problems that arise with any company but it was the gaslighting from Mirraw that makes them a bad company to buy from.

1 Star – Defective Premium Products and Poor After-Sales Support

I am extremely disappointed with my experience purchasing from Mirraw.

I purchased two premium Mirraw Luxe outfits under Order M655175002 and was shocked by the poor quality of the garments received. Both items arrived with obvious workmanship defects that made them unsuitable to wear:

The black skirt was delivered without a functional zip slider, making it impossible to properly close and wear.
Multiple mirror embellishments were missing from the garments.
The burgundy blouse arrived with missing dangling tassel beadwork on the front.
Overall stitching and finishing quality were far below what would be expected from premium-priced garments and did not reflect the quality shown in the product photographs.
I reported these issues immediately and supplied numerous photographs as evidence. Since my initial complaint, I have sent multiple follow-up emails over several weeks requesting collection of the defective items and a full refund.

While customer service acknowledged the complaint and escalated it for review, my concerns were subsequently dismissed despite clear photographic evidence of the defects. I have now made repeated requests for resolution and am still awaiting confirmation that the items will be collected and refunded.

The most disappointing aspect has been the lack of accountability and the amount of effort required from me as a customer simply to have obvious defects acknowledged.

I cannot recommend Mirraw based on this experience. I urge the company to do the right thing by arranging collection of these defective items and issuing a full refund.

I would be happy to update this review if Mirraw resolves the matter fairly and promptly.
