The worst company I have ever used online. I have never experienced anything like this. I deposited £250 and played big bass splash on 50p stakes for over an hour and never hit the bones ONCE. I REPEAT, ONCE.

I got down to £14 and thought I will just withdraw at least something after being scammed. Then I came to realize there is also a £2.50 withdrawal fee... I almost pee'd my pants with laughter.

Peds64...i actually like mirror bingo.uploaded my documents fine..lost a bit of money but that was me putting stupid bets on..eventually won over £700.was in my bank 24 hours later.they do however charge you to withdraw your wins...the only problem I have now is they keep restricting my account..they did it when I was playing Spins and got into a bonus I was up over £40 with 2 free Spins left but a message popped up and said your account has been restricted !!..come back tomorrow..I did that but my game and winnings were gone...I have e mailed them to find out as to why this happened if I don't get a satisfactory answer I will just close my account ..so iam now just waiting on a reply...I hope they sort it out as I do like the site.good variety of games and ( for me) quick pay outs ........update...iam going to delete this site now..I have e mailed them 4 times now with no answer and they have restricted my account so that I cannot deposit.. give this site a WIDE berth as they just don't want to know when you have a problem..thank goodness I managed to collect my first win...1 star review as there is not one for 0 star

Same with the comments below, they accept your deposits but when wanting to withdrawn, U have to go through a I'd collection process to then have "please contact support" pop up ok Ur screen. Its a scam - to draw my money out they took over a month - asking me to send my card picture which no casino sites ever asked me. further they charge an £2.5 withdrawl fee?

Hi anyone had the same experience as me. Over a week and haven't paid me 250 of my winnings. So frustrated it's untrue. It's really getting me down. I had problems with the verification process and several times the bank card upload was rejected. With the reviews on here I'd braced myself for being scammed and that it could be a long fight, but to be fair, their support team sorted it out and I got my withdrawal processed and money in my account ~2 weeks after first attempt.

In short, main stream sites are less hassle but my experience is that it's not a scam site.

I honestly am amazed it is legal to request the private and personal documentation needed to withdraw the 108.00 winnings that are in my account. If anybody was able to access/hack this site your identity could be completely high jacked in seconds! I was able to deposit in seconds!! But trying to provide my photo ID was a nightmare 😫...it took 32 attempts and I have been advised my documentation check is currently pending so I am still unable to get my money. My account was frozen for 24 hours siting over use?? Anyone with advise please 🙏 I have uploaded all the documents requested before I was allowed to withdraw any funds. The email I received yesterday advised me to send another picture of my bank card to allow me to withdraw (that’s what the email stated as I was using Apple Pay) The account has now been blocked and still not able to withdraw. Very disappointed

Why is this company not shut down and the people who run it imprisoned? It is theft outright 100% theft all the negative comments are correct any positive are written by the "company" I advise all affected to take legal action.
