This is the most scamming site ever do not use this site they let you deposit money and go to withdraw they decline all your Id then don’t answer u emails the worst site ever and they are ripping customers off if u deposit and win u won’t get your winnings and there is a zero customer service taking this further with out a doubt do not waste your money

I recently logged into Mirror Bingo (having played a couple of years ago and won nothing) depositing 20 pounds. From this 20 I won 900 and attempted to withdraw 850. As previous reviews I was asked for identity documents. I too found them a struggle to upload however I did eventually get it done. Reading the reviews I wrongly assumed I would not get my winnings. I received my withdrawal within an hour of saying processed this morning. This site has a lot of great games and clearly good payouts if you are lucky enough to get a win. So for advice in getting your funds
1.Passport or driving licence hover over until it goes green and auto takes the photo
2. Bank statement must be in PDF format if that is used as address ID
3. Card can be a photo but must have name showing and middle 8 numbers covered.

I backed up with emailing my ID to support (which was answered in an hour) to confirm ID was ok. ID was accepted yesterday and I received funds today.

I have withdrawn 3 amounts of money. Each time 2.50 has been taken to withdraw what I had won
I have close my it now.
Never know that before . You should get all your winnings.

Quick enough to take money but when it comes to withdrawing that is a different story! I deposited £10 and got it to £100 but can I withdraw it… not a chance! They make you jump through hoops to try and get it. I will be seeking legal advice against these scammers

All you have to do is read the reviews. I mean this is the worst site for uploading ID. Its absolute shocking. The customer service is pretty much none existant. The whole upload ID system does not work atall!! You must lose thousands of customers due to crappy systems you have with uploading ID. 15 minutes iv tried to upload ID it then worked and said ok. Then do a selfie.. well okay i did then all of a sudden cudnt veryfy?? Seriosly. Seems your scamming people for thousands atleast update your site to a decent one were the ID actually works. Honestly. Your such a joke. Must be losing millions due to the cheap and nasty system you have that dosent even work when uploading ID.

Went onto this S....y site & deposited no problem.Could not play on any games/bingo so messaged them stating this & asked for my deposit money back.Had an email back saying i must foward i.d before i can withdraw.No don't think so Mirror Bingo these are not winnings but initial £20 deposit money.Then i get another email stating the terms & conditions what i agreed to..True if i can get onto the SH.....G site...Utter B/S site that by reading other comments make it virtually impossible for player's to withdraw monie's/winning's.This site should be reported to the gambling comission & be closed down.Certainly need investigated fast..Disgusting site...Mirror Bingo you can stick the 20 quid where the sun don't shine as i for one will not be wasting any more of my time responding to your utter b.....'s anymore.Warning to people stay well clear of this SCAM SITE...You will regret it...This site is not even worthy of 1 star.....

Oh my word . Stay away from this terrible site . Request after request for id . Didn't ask when I deposited oh no. Won a far amount and could not withdraw so wasted it . Disgusting site. Stay clear .

I am 68 I don't have a clue about intimate and you're asking me for all this and information to send to you and I haven't I call how to do so I will lose the money that I win thank you very much

The site is a con they take your money quick enough no what a hassle to withdraw you put your documents up they keep refusing them the site should be banned enough complaints about it

Stay away from this site. Only allowed one withdrawal at a time, you can’t withdraw again until your previous withdrawal has gone through which can take a few days and they charge you £2.50 for each withdrawal.

Responsible controls are a joke, thought I had put in a spending limit but it removed them so was able to continue depositing. It appears that you have to email them to put any limits in place, this could take days and for some may be too late!

If you want to take a break you can only do this via email, no option within the site to do this yourself.

There are lots of much better sites with proper controls that are activated immediately if you choose to set limits or take a break

There are big responsible gambling campaigns advising that you put spending limits in place but no good if the actual site does not give you the tools within the site to be able to do us.

They allowed me to deposit no problem like others are saying. My ID and documents are verified but still wont allow me to withdraw or even play on any games. They say the games have been disabled and to reply to a message they sent me asap. I dont have any message from them to reply to. So I cant withdraw my £200 or play any games. The worst online casino i have every played on. Everything is designed to try to avoid you withdrawing money. The website is designed to make it extremely easy to deposit and extremely hard to withdrawal, even down to the smallest detail like how prominent the deposit button is compared to the withdraw button. Their ‘verification’ process is a complete joke. Using the guise of AML they have a slow, over zealous requirement, more so than many other casinos I have played at. For PayPal for example, they make you take a screenshot of your cards on PayPal, then you need to line up all the physical cards also with the centre numbers blocked out. I have never ever come across this requirement from any other casino or betting site. There is no risk assessment undertaken, it is simply a method to try and detract the user from bothering to withdraw funds. They have no interest in financial crime prevention, it is all about how to annoy or dissuade the user. If you do receive the privilege of being verified, they then Forfeit any bonus money accumulated (as a virtual middle finger to you for daring to actually make money from them) and then charge you £2.50 for the privilege of obtaining your earned money. Of course it is completely free to deposit though. My advice. Do not sign up, you cannot trust them. If you won a lot of money I would be very sceptical that you would ever get your hands on it. In this day in age it is amazing that a company can be so anti customer experience to the point that it becomes a joke. Absolutely appalling.

If I had known it was Jumpman running this site I wouldn't have joined. I don't know how they are still running sites.
Notorious for making it nearly impossible to withdraw.
I gave up trying to withdraw £80 on another of their sites.
Jumpman should be banned.

Such a scam I spent over £150 on the app and winnings of 250 and they won’t accept my id and the email they have is no longer a email fuming 🤬😡

Everytime I try to upload my driving licence verification it won't let me I now have £450 and won't let me withdraw it

I have now complained to the gambling commission about Mirrorbingo and Amazon slots about jumpman gaming if enough people do the same these sites can be looked into

I joined mirror bingo and deposited £20 when I won they made it almost impossible to withdraw funds. They asked for all sorts of proof of ID above and beyond needs PayPal details linked cards etc. eventually they then told me I hadn't met the deposit requirements. So I bet more and eventually ended up with just over £17 I then tried to withdraw. Several days later it was rrjectrd. They still have my £17. Don't deal with this Company there using a reputable name for Jumpman company.
