We had purchased a Sloped Ceiling mirror from there. The company provides multiple pre-set options from which you can select the type you want.

Upon delivery, we opened the package 3 days later when the bathroom renovators/ plumbers had arrived. It turned out that the mirror was in fact broken. We had not even unpacked its internal packaging, but could see that it was broken.

Since then, I have had one excuse after the other from the Customer Service team. They initially said we should have told them within 24 hours, but when I pointed out that it does not say anywhere in their T&Cs fine print (and claim to have a 30 - day refund policy elsewhere) they simply changed their narrative to 3 days. I am yet to receive from them clarity on how they will resolve it, and have simply put it on their logistics provider claims process of 30 days.

In the meantime, I do not have a refund or a replacement mirror when quite clearly it is their responsibility to send me product in its proper functioning condition as marketed.

Quality mirror and great range of options. Assistance on options available, worth talking to them for any help deciding what you need for your space. Helpful and friendly and on hand / responsive. A huge thanks to Anita for her support on a recent purchase.

No ongoing product support - mirror purchased for £350 and supplied a few years back - good quality. The dimmer has failed. They won't sell me a spare part, they won't assist with sourcing one, they dont see it as their responsibility. So the light mirror is now not functioning.
The GB 262562014 vat number quoted on their emails, doesn't come up on the .gov website - I wonder if the business which was functioning has become a shell for a scam.

Updating the review as the company did eventually replace broken mirror. It took several months but got there in the end. So a fair outcome

I recently bought a pill shaped LED bathroom mirror off this company and my experience could not have been better. I asked that it be expedited if possible, and it was! They were terrific to deal with. Their customer service team were really friendly and helpful, and not an automated voice at the other end of a phone - an actual human being!
The mirror is top quality and looks amazing in our bathroom. Would not hesitate to recommend.

I am absolutely 100% satisfied with my mirror. I got the mirror in July but only now got it up. (My downstairs loo project has been going on his April 2021 - I’ve had long delays on all my items because of covid).
It really is the perfect finish to my bathroom. I will definitely be ordering from this company again. A great company. I’ve had no problems whatsoever. Even spoke to customer service before I placed the order so I knew exactly what I was ordering.

Update as of now….. I have had a response email to say that I have a mirror in production apparently I ordered 2 mirrors ??? So I will keep you updated as I go……. This was my original comment ..DO NOT USE THESE …….I placed an order ..they took the money straight away and the day after sent email to say order has been cancelled .No explanation and since then no communication . £348 down and no idea if getting refund . All email , phone numbers are no good .

I was only aware they were based in Poland when I called and placed order but is not clear on website but this was not an issue.
Online chat response could be improved but phone service is available and were helpful as mentioned.
Slight delay on delivery, but as is the case with many businesses currently - they were honest and set expectation when queried on the phone.
Overall happy with service, and would recommend despite the hiccups.

I have ordered a pretty bespoke mirrored cabinet (even more bespoke than what they provided) recently and it arrived with no errors and in perfect condition!
Just have to talk about the whole story:) I first got in touch with them in Autumn 2020, then I couldn't get a hold of them until March/April 2021. I thought something was wrong but I knew they could provide the exact cabinet I had in my head so couldn't give up.
Finally in May, Katarzyna Gnyś (Kasha) picked up and it all changed from there. I had so many questions to be answered. She was so patient and responded to all of them, talked to the warehouse, sent me photos from previously done cabinets etc.
The cabinet arrived in about 10 weeks but I think this was due to all the special requirements I had. I'm now loving it and would never be able to find something like it off the shelf! So totally recommended!

Firstly look at all the ridiculous 5* reviews here written by newbie reviewers, and then look at all their very similar non-English phrases and very obviously eastern European idioms. (Shame on you TrustPilot for accepting these). Then look at all the genuine horror stories like this one:

a) Horrible, inefficient company offering deceptively unsuitable, poor quality products and ZERO customer service.

b) Despite their very slick website appearance this is NOT A UK COMPANY - they are in Poland and when you inevitably have problems, which you definitely will, they will be totally impossible to contact by phone, email or webchat.

c) Incredibly long delays interspersed with several blatant lies about progress and dispatch. Eventually arrived 13 weeks after order.

d) When eventually our mirror cabinet actually arrived it's a really disappointing product.

e) The internally illuminated mirror lights are pathetically weak. They adjust from ludicrously dim to pointlessly dim and are totally useless for any hope of shaving, makeup etc.

f) DO NOT ask for electric sockets for shaver/toothbrush etc. as these are continental wider 2 pin spacing NOT UK FITTINGS. This would require a plug adapter, but there is no room for one so is expensive and useless.

g) In any case there is no room to stand a toothbrush or shaver stand unless you get rid of the lower of the two shelves, leaving a wasted and unusable empty space.

All in all from the moment of ordering this has been a horrible, stressful experience, finally ending with a very expensive and extremely disappointing product.

I would also love to be able to comment on the mirror I ordered in April but as with other reviewers I havent received my order. I have had one response indicating a delay and another offering no estimated timeline, now my emails are now being ignored too. It is understandable that delays can occur during these times but the lack of communication is unacceptable. This is an expensive product and I am also starting to feel like this is a scam company.

Checked on timelines before I ordered and they said 12 days. It's been 6 weeks. The order status keeps going backwards (between "order processed", "assembly", "glass production")

Company hasn't answered my emails or online chats, the phone number doesn't connect.

I took a risk even with the poor reviews hoping the earlier delays were brexit as they said.

I can't get in touch with them to find a real ETA, or my cancel options if it won't get here in time for the works.

We bought a mirror earlier in the year from a .co.uk website with UK telephone numbers - you would assume it is a UK based company. Once we had placed our order the email confirmation made it clear that the mirror was in fact being supplied from Poland. I don't mind where in the world I buy from but I would want to know that first as it does affect your ability to get the items on time and also to return them if you're not satisfied. Initial delivery took a number of weeks and a lot of chasing. Since then we have returned the mirror as our project has changed - I emailed to say that the return was being made and was reassured this would be dealt with in a timely manner. However, our return is still sitting in a DHL clearance unit in Poland as Mirror for You are not responding to contact from both DHL and customs. Mirror for You are not replying to my emails and their customer service line is no longer being answered. This is a really expensive mistake and one I won't be making again and certainly wouldn't recommend anyone else to buy from here.

Ordered a custom mirror cabinet last year at the end of November and it took almost 3 months to arrive. To be honest, I was worried that the company might have gone under because their website is often down and sometimes their phone number doesn't work. But I also kept in mind that because of the pandemic and brexit the orders got delayed.

I'm giving it five stars just because I love the mirror. I'm about to order a new one. Just hope that this time my order arrives quicker. 🤞

This order was to replace a previous Infinity mirror which we had in our downstairs cloakroom toilet, unfortunately it was damaged and found the UK manufacturer had stopped making them. I searched the internet for a replacement, came across the"Mirrorforyou" website and placed an order for the specific size I required in warm white. I understood it would be made and shipped from Poland (to Scotland) and was apprehensive whether it would arrive in one piece, it did.
Communication, price, packaging and delivery, all excellent.
From ordering to receiving the mirror, it has been a pleasure dealing with this company, even more so because of the difficulties with Covid19.

I thought this was a UK website. Very misleading! Purchased a mirror only yesterday, order number 33286. The same day I emailed the company saying could I change the order and the emails bounced back! Rather worrying, then I check the website and its disappeared, completely vanished! They have my money, I have no way of contacting them! I will be contacting my banks fraud team.

Mirror took a while to arrive (due to Covid & Brexit?) but once despatched arrived quickly. Mirror is exactly what we wanted, quality & style superb

Ordered a Mirror on 29th December 2020 and it is now 9th February 2021. Tried emailing them several times got no answer, tried phoning and got "customer service is not available" - they got that right!

Please save your money and go somewhere else

Update 15 Feb - they no longer deliver to the UK due to Brexit although they are still advertising in the UK, I have been promised a refund, will wait and see how long that takes.

Avoid this company at all costs. Whilst they show a .co.uk web domain, they are based in Poland. My first extortionately priced mirror arrived and worked for seconds, then failed. It took numerous emails and weeks of waiting to get it returned. The second mirror has arrived after yet more weeks damaged. Again, no replies to emails for some considerable time. Then I was offered 20% refund - for a damaged mirror! I have asked for a full refund, but no reply. So I now have a poorly made mirror that is damaged. You could get better quality from the local recycling centre! AVOID

01.02.21 STILL NO REPLY TO MY EMAILS?????

My daughter ordered a mirror on 26th December, at a cost of £294, its still not arrived. Yet reading a reply from 'Mirror For You' to a review a customer put on on Trustpilot, apparently they were experiencing problems since 18th December 2020 getting orders into the UK? So if this was the case, why didn't they put a block on any future orders? I have emailed them twice today, one asking why? I feel I have been SCAMMED??
