Hi Michael,If you would have called or emailed us I would have explained why. You ordered the 26th of May the day after the bank holiday weekend. You paid 3-5 working day delivery from dispatch. After a busy bank holiday weekend dispatch is always around 3 working days from placing the order. So even if I had been able to dispatch it Wednesday you still wouldn't have received it until Early next week with it been a bank holiday and loosing a working day. As mentioned if you would have reached out before deciding to leave a one star review I would have explained this.
