I ordered similar mirrors 10 years ago and was excited to find the receipt so i could order again. This order lacked the finished quality of the previous order. The paint in the joint seams where the frame come together are missing paint (or for some reason the seams are visible). In addition for a 60” long mirror, only 2 z bar hangers is insane!! The previous mirror of the same size, had a full length bar. I had to have my husband add and drill into the mirror.

Terrible finish, had to refinish it myself. Unprofessional service-refund the finish cost.

I haven’t received the mirror yet. The order was placed Nov 5th and it’s Nov 27th. I’m asked to review a product I have not received

The communication during the creation of my table to insure that my table was excactly what wanted, was EXCELLENT. My table is beautiful and well made.

This experience was fantastic from start to finish. They were responsive to emails and specific questions. The custom table was able to be bumped up in production in order to accommodate us as well.
Be prepared for a massive box to arrive! But the shipping box was constructed intentionally and our custom table was delivered with no defects or even a scratch.
We needed an unusual height for the table - 33 in high - and the measurement and table is spot on perfect.
It's great and is the centerpiece of our kitchen and banquette area.

Good customer service. I have ordered five or six mirrors from Mirror Lot with out incident. However, my last order the mirror arrived broken. I contacted customer service and they took care of getting a new mirror ordered. A very good experience. The replacement mirror arrived in good condition.

MirrorLot did everything right. The mirror is beautiful. It arrived with the box pretty well damaged by the trucking company. I opened the box up and didn’t find any damages. After I was ready to hang the mirror I found a chip in the frame that was behind the shrink wrap. MirrorLot was very gracious in making sure the chip got fixed or they would replace the mirror. Thank you MirrorLot for taking care of the problem that wasn’t MirrorLot’s issue

Mirrors were packaged really well. They looked exactly as I expected. It was so wonderful to be able to order beautiful custom mirrors to perfectly fit the space.

The oversized framed mirror I received was absolutely stunning. Customer service was responsive when I called to check on shipping status. And then scheduling the freight delivery was easy. Will definitely be ordering again when I need a custom sized mirror.

Mirrorlot was very easy to work with on selecting frames and getting updates. They sent me samples for the frames and made suggestions. When the mirrors arrived, they were packaged very well. I was impressed.

To begin with the customer care response was wonderful. Questions answered quickly and our samples arrived within a few days. We ordered two mirrors 37x40 with a beautiful frame. The mirrors were shipped and received within about a week. We were so excited to have received so that our Master Bathroom remodel would be complete. Unfortunately, one of the mirrors was received shattered. These mirrors were received on a late Saturday afternoon. We did not see the UPS delivery person and no request for signature was required. We brought them in after dinner but waited to open on Sunday. I reported the damage immediately per their policy of within two days of receipt. It is now Tuesdsay evening and I have had no response. I have sent emails, left voicemail and requested call back...nothing. I hope that tomorrow will yield a better result; however, I am concerned that I will be told they didn't receive the notification within the alotted time frame and we will be out one mirror. Up until this point I would have given a 5-star review and quickly told everyone just how beautiful the workmanship is and praised their customer care. At this point, I can't . I will happily update my review if this matter is addressed and we have a favorable result. Am I wrong to think that if I'm required to report damage within two days of receipt that I should expect acknowledgement of claim? I do think the company does awesome work. The mirrors are expertly made.

Your mirrors are beautiful. I have ordered 3 that came in perfectly. The last one I ordered was broken and I have been in customer service for 4 weeks now. No new mirror ordered or a refund. I have sent in all the pictures and labels and also pictures of the box, front back and all sides. All I get emailed is 4-7 days will be ordered and shipped. Thank you for your patience and understanding in every email. I have called numerous times and finally this morning was able to leave a message but no call back at the moment.
I never leave any feedback normally because usually all my purchases are good ones.
Not sure this time.
Frustrating to be honest.
Do better Mirror Lot, you have beautiful mirrors.
