good service, good product
Despatched and arrived within the three days quoted. We were informed of when it was despatched and when to expect it.
The product itself was as per described and actually works very well. We used 2 sheets for our first wash as we are in a very hard water area. Te wash came out lovely and clean.

BEWARE OF ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY
I ordered toilet rolls back in June. I was first informed that my order had been delayed. As I was going on holiday I was not very pleased. When I returned from holiday at the beginning of July I emailed Misabargains a couple of times but had no reply. I eventually managed to speak to someone by phone who informed me my order had been lost. She said she would resend the order. To date, 4 months after initial order, I have still not received my order and despite numerous emails have not received a reply. I would warn anyone to be very careful about using this company.

You guys had me scared to order from this company. The order process was really simple and I loved the variety. My order was lost by Evri but I didn't contact misa bargains as I decided to wait the 7 days. To my shock, the items arrived today and I received most of my order. Granted a few items were missing but I emailed and received a swift response and refund.
To be honest in this day and age we're in, I just emailed them to see if I would hear back as I saw a lot of reviews which alluded that they do not responsed. This wasn't the case and I will definitely be back!!!!

You'll miss out if you miss Misabargains
👉There comes a time in everyone's life as the hair turns grey, the sight dims and we turn our thoughts to toilet matters🤔. Yes, loo rolls or bog rolls or for the elite among us, toilet tissue. With this in mind I searched for the aforementioned and came upon misabargains. The website though basic was totally adequate and their prices were, really, really good; plus free delivery on orders over £40👍. I duly ordered the aforementioned items and paid by PayPal, another benefit. The order took about a week to arrive, not fast not slow but I wasn't desperate for the aforementioned, luckily😱. An excellent product at an excellent price and I will definitely use them again, for the aforementioned and for other items from their excellent product range😁.
The only thing they could have done is to put both tracking numbers against my order🤨. One package came one day and the other a couple of days later, and to answer my email about the errant aforementioned item😤 but hey, it all was good in the end🙂😄😃😁

Absolutely disgusting service
Absolutely disgusting service. Hermes have failed to deliver the parcel 4 times, I've tried contacting misabargains at least 5 times by email and 3 times by phone, no answer to any of them. No refund, no replacement goods (sent by different courier), nothing. Absolutely appal8at lack of service, which is a shame as I have ordered from them twice before and never had a problem.

Toilet roll was only 18m long not as advertised 21m long.

They email today saying that made refund but I have checked my account no refund.
