The website it pretty easy to maneuver. The earrings are so beautiful and shiny! They have a secure clasp so I feel comfortable wearing them out and about. Quality of earrings is amazing.

I ordered two items for Black Friday. Stainless steel studs (RoseGold) and Kristen classic studs (3ct). I received the Kristen classic studs (1.5ct). I contacted Idunnu to request an exchange. She immediately apologized and stated she would ship the correct item and to "gift" the 1.5ct to someone. That is exemplary customer service. This is my second order and definitely not my last. You have a customer for LIFE!
