Bird Suet Not Delivered, No Replacement or Refund (90Euros wasted)

Ordered Bird Suet, paid 30euros and another 60euros for shipping. Received an empty box, product was never delivered after waiting for 2 months and contacting Miscota. It appears that they did not complete the required customs forms accurately and wouldn't replace the product or refund my money after contacting them twice. I'd purchased previously the same product from Miscota on 2 occasions, without issue (i.e., they completed the forms correctly). I WILL NOT BUY from Miscota again and do not recommend them.

Been using Miscota for at least 10…

Been using Miscota for at least 10 years, reasonable prices for what they have which is high quality, they stock a lot of pet items that aren’t available in Australia. I pay via PayPal as it is convenient, I’m not sure if they can ship pet meat products due to Australian quarantine. Tracking number is provided. Usual shipment time is 3 weeks to Australia. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately my order could not be…

Unfortunately my order could not be fulfilled due to supplier difficulties but the company did inform me immediately the problem became apparent and for that I would give them an excellent service recommendation. My only criticism is the deliver costs which are more than the price of the product!!!!

Its a scam company stay away

Its a scam company, i dont recommended buying from thembatcall. They have terrible customer service. They took money from the account and never send the dog food when i reached out to them they said they will refund money, tomprrow is day 10th snd i don't see my money. Customer service gives robotic answers. If you consider to buy anything from them, stay away!

Servicio horrible

Servicio horrible. No tienen stock y ni siquiera avisa. No mandan productos que si están. No intentan rectificar errores. Muy poca voluntad de dar un servicio razonable. Lamentable.

Great company

Great company, fast delivery. Plus, customer service is fantastic, reply to my email within a day, with a very satisfactory outcome. I love this company and will be using them again and again. I can't find fault with the items they have available or the price. Highly recommended!! You will not be disappointed. 100% 5*.

If you are from the UK please don't…

If you are from the UK please don't order from this company. They charged me £87.00 just for delivery for 2 12kg bags of dog food It was more than the dog food worth £58.00 for £165.00 for 2 bags of dog food!!!!!!! what joke this company is and a complete scam!

Will not ship to one city in the US but all other areas

I know this they had shipping to all the states in the United States except for DC using third shipping drop down menu. So I reached out to them to let them know they were missing the state code for the capital United States. After several exchanges, they informed me they do not ship to my area. However this does not make sense since they they ship to every other location in the United States including territories. And if you ship to one area in the US you should be able to ship to all areas.

Misleading information on delivery surcharges

Miscota failed to disclose that the currier they use in my country is AUTOMATICALLY charging a surcharge on all packages prior to delivery, even those whose value is not taxable. When I informed them of that and asked to state this clearly when placing an order, I received a generic answer with no intention of trying to improve their service and transparency towards customers.

Poor service

I have changed my review from 1 star to 3 stars. After finally getting in contact with "a human customer support" the problem was resolved without any hazzle and I was refunded for the missing goods.

I have used Miscota for several years without any problems. In my latest order MIS-5581178 (2 big bags of Orijen), only 1 bag arrived in front of my door without any wrapping, note or sender information.
I contacted Miscota about this problem, but they ask me to provide photos of label and box which is not possible because it wasn't delivered in any box or with any note.
I hope that Miscota will resolve this problem ASAP.

god few items was out of stock after i…

Good few items was out of stock after i order nobody tell me this since i not ask when you send it .. when i find out this i ask to cancel. pay true paypal but they will only tell me that money i will get after 14 days , so they hold my money for mistake what they made . Paypal is immediately refund i know that .. So i will open case there .. Dont recomend this company support is very rude and bad !! Christmas is comming and they dont want to refund !!!!!!!!

I am giving a 2 stars because of Support Response and Resolution

I am giving a 3 stars because of the support response and resolution. I have ordered from them twice for Pronefra for my 2 cats. The third order was placed on 9 Nov 2022 (bigger order) to be delivered to Canada and have sent multiple emails to them (can't call them)that I have not received the order. If they are unable to track down the package after so many days, I recently requesting full refund since it is Dec 5. No response from them. One bad experience is going to get me not to buy the products from Spain even though there is a so called "Canada" Miscota. I have recommended the Pronefra to my friend but I think I have to warn them on the shipment and support.
