Avoid Misery Worldwide!!

This company is awful, so my boyfriend warned me against buying as they have literally ZERO customer service.
I ignored him as WE LOVE the clothes BUT I ordered mid December- took a long time to come and it came incorrect, incorrect sizing and one of the jumpers meant to have the misery logo came BLANK! I have tried to contact the company millions of times even paid through Klarna and reported it and they haven’t even contacted them back. This is a consistent issue with this company I am seeing it’s unfortunate because especially the zip up hoodies I really like. After hopefully a total refund I will never purchase from this store again. And I will recommend everyone to AVOID MISERY WORLDWIDE!!

I've bought from here so many times for presents for my boyfriend over the past couple of years and I've also bought myself a hoodie and glasses and the quality is amazing - really really recommend!!!

Not a real company.

Bought a beanie. It's childsize. Literally tiny. Like for a baby. I contacted them and they just never replied. This is a fake company.

Avoid

I was excited to buy from this brand, I’m a big fan of supporting small businesses, and my first purchase was a hoodie. It took a little bit of time for it to arrive, and when it did, I was really disappointed with the state of it. It was covered in lint, ultimately, I would’ve cleaned that off, however, the size of the hoodie was really off. I bought a big size as I wanted this to be super oversized, and it was really small for a 3XL. I tell myself it is what it is, I’ll just return it and keep it moving. It’s been more than three weeks, and I still have not heard back from support on how to send this back. They replied once, and pretty much just said to send them pictures, and then we can talk about a return. This was wild to me, because we are allowed under the consumer act to return products if they’re not as described, or if they don’t fit, and I had already attached pictures to my email, requesting for the return info, and I haven’t heard back ever since. Beyond disappointing and not all small businesses deserve to be supported if this is how they behave.

Update:

It’s been more than a month from my previous response to this situation. The owner Daniel has not responded to my proof of postage Email and have now scammed me from £70. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BRAND. The quality is horrible. They print their logos on a Gildan T shirt and leave the Gildan logo on. It as well has a very chemical smell to it. The fitting is horrible as well.

Terrible contact & wrong sizing guide

I needed to change my delivery address so I have sent them a message - no response to email, I had to chase them on instagram to get a response. When order arrived I found out that the clothes are too small, despite careful measuring before placing an order. Contacted Misery about return options via email, no response since then (1 month). I am tired of chasing them to get a basic customer service done. Going to sell the clothes second hand & I would never buy from them again.
