Love it

So excited to finally get these wonderful items, been surprised with M size, a bit small for me but it's not a problem cuz my gf loves it. Next year will order L size hoodie and smth else.
10% discount for new buyers also nice. Parcel tracked easily, delivery from UK to Ukraine post office 28-31 days.
Highly recommend 🖤

Worst company ever

Worst company ever! DO NOT order - Dan has sent the wrong hoodie and was later very rude about it and took ages to send out the correct one, also refused to provide shipping label. When I shipped out the incorrect version of the hoodie, I was refused the refund of the packaging costs. If you would like to see how bad this customer service is, ask me for my instagram and I will show you all pieces of evidence to hopefully prevent you from using this joke of a service!

Hi Milosz, I'm not sure I understand your attempted anger towards me. OK, so we accidentally shipped you the wrong product during our busiest time of the year. We apologised and made a plan of action to fix the situation. Mistakes do happen. I thought I'd rectified the situation by sending you a replacement & refunding your return postage costs? I think you're just a little upset because I wouldn't accept your demand to refund the cost of the mail bag you purchased to send the item back in. Most people just tape up the bag it came in, use a carrier bag, trash bag, whatever.. but yeah, by law we don't have to cover these costs, only the postage itself. anyone can see from our other reviews that when we do f up, we put it right as soon as we can, so after having done that for you, even with a follow up email to see if i could help in any other way, to see this 'review' is disappointing to say the least. Great contact from company

Great contact from company, had a postal issue with delivery that was rectified well and I was kept up to date frequently with necessary changes.

Absolutely stellar quality item (as always). Kudos to Misery for putting up with my frequent emails very professional would buy from them again in a heartbeat

Fantastic service

Fantastic service, un4tunately I ordered the wrong size n Dan couldn't have been more helpful sorting a refund out.i will absolutely definitely use Misery again in the new year. Its so refreshing 2 find a company where u deal with humanity rather than a computer 🖥 I do not hesitate recommending Misery 2 any1. Brilliant

Great Customer Service

Had a mix-up where the wrong product was shipped to me, Misery responded to my email really quickly and sent what I actually ordered without any additional charge. The clothes got here quick and fit great. Thank you!

I received the wrong item

Wonderful experience with this company. I was shipped the wrong item and the representative I contacted took immediate action, and remained in touch despite the fact they are understaffed and overwhelmed. I will be receiving the correct item and was allowed to keep the one sent by mistake. The items are high quality and my husband and I absolutely love them. The socks and underwear fit perfectly, they're comfortable, and well printed. Thank you so much♡

Honestly I had a perfect experience with this company - ordered 2 shirts and a beanie. Beanie came separately a few days later, beautiful items. Absolutely fantastic brand! :)

disappointed

ordered the grey wash rhinestone hoodie and received the black one instead which had loads of rhinestones missing. emailed the company to tell them about it and the owner called me to tell me that he would send me the grey one i wanted for free. that was almost 2 weeks ago and haven’t received anything. quite disappointed as i was really excited to wear the hoodie.

Its been over a month and I haven’t…

Its been over a month and I haven’t received my stuff, in Central London. I could get a parcel from anywhere in the world in half this. I have also emailed about a replacement of one of the items (which did arrive earlier) and never received a response.

Best customer service!

I had been wanting a particular hat for MONTHS after seeing it online but it was 'sold out' online. I commented on an Instagram post asking if it would be restocked. The Instagram team popped one available on their site right then and let me know! Suffice to say I'm stoked! Delivery time to Australia was reasonable. Overall cost in AUD was painful but so worth it. Love my hat!
