I've had live reading with dan and Jen and they were both spot on and brilliant but the best one I had was with one of there students who is now a graduate. They brought up things I hadn't even thought about for years and my children and helped me heal from the messages they gave me. 100% real and well worth it

Had a reading with dan today, was absolutely amazing with the information he back with, would highly recommend to anyone, these people are the most genuine mediums out there, they are on tik tok and that's where I randomly came across their videos and I think it all happens for a reason when you find something like this in you're life at you're time of need... they are worth every cent. Very comforting with the information given to you about you're loved one, they are really caring and soft spoken while doing the reading for you, would 120% do a reading again with misfit mediums ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Since you love threatening people with legalities, I thought it important to clear up how British law works….firstly, you CANNOT threaten legal action against someone for having an opinion. In England we have something called “freedom of speech” which means people are entitled to their opinion. When you put yourself on a platform such as TikTok, you are going to experience the good with the bad. Some people are going to love what you do, whilst others will disagree with it. However, when you set up an event and sell tickets to consumers and then don’t deliver on that service and do not issue refunds back to customers, this is unlawful and legal action can be taken against you. You are of course for any reason within your right to cancel an event. However, this needs to be actioned accordingly and therefore, as soon as you cancel the event you should stop allowing people to purchase tickets online and a refund should be issued within 5-7 working days.
A friend of mine had told me about how amazing the Misfit Mediums were. She knew I had an interest in mediumship so suggested we purchase tickets to your live event at the Hilton in Bournemouth. Upon doing this, you shortly cancelled the event (as I previously mentioned, you are well within your right to do this and I completely understand that events get cancelled). However, to then be vague about it on your lives on TikTok and to ignore genuine queries about whether or not the event was cancelled, you just blocked people and called them trolls. How asking if an event is on is considered trolling baffles me. When someone then comments and you don’t like the comment they have made (this being someone’s OPINION), you Jen personally call them out and tell everyone on your live that you’ve invited them to “confront” you in the box. What you do not tell your followers is that you have in fact muted that persons comments and declined them to go into the box once they have accepted. You then follow this with calling them trolls and keyboard warriors. This is very misleading to your followers. The people that come on your lives to view your content are all people that have lost a loved one and are desperately trying to reach them. Do you not think threatening them with legal action would cause intense distress to an already distressed person. You then also go on to call out people asking for free readings. Again, I totally understand that you are running a business. However, there is a much more diplomatic way to tell people this. Some people don’t have a lot of money and are desperately trying to hear from their loved ones. Yes they can go to a medium offering readings for a lower price but the reason they are reaching out to you is clearly because they rate your work. I just think rather than calling them out and being quite hostile about the situation, you could be more empathetic to your followers.
Now back to the matter at hand regarding the refund for the tickets to the event that was cancelled….i have allowed the appropriate time for the refund which has failed to be returned to the card which payment was made from. Therefore, I will be taking legal action against you as this is considered fraud in this country. To offer a service and not deliver on it and then keep the customers money. Not acceptable. You can save your time on commenting back to this with your threats of legalities JEN. As this is trustpilot, where people are permitted to leave reviews based on a service you provided or in this case did not provide. My review is expressing my privilege of “freedom of speech” and advising my dissatisfaction of not receiving my refund in a timely manner.

I was an advide tictok watcher. Then l was picked for a free card by Dan. Then when Jen The Prodigy started reading on tictok l was lucky enough to get picked by Jen. I then booked for a full read with Jen. 12 months later l booked Dan for a full read. They where both on point and gave evidence that it was indeed my partner.
I continued watching there lives. Till l finally became a student. Both Dan and Jen teach and help their students to understand and learn the methods Dan has developed. The class of Misfits l am with are a community of like minded people who are interested in meduimship and helping others.
I would and have recommended Dan, Jen and the other practising Misfits to my friends and people who have asked me who l would recommend.
They are the real deal and so understanding with the people they read for.
Three and half to four years l been following Dan and his Misfits. And l am still following them.

I had a reading on Monday this week. And wow the reading was amazing.
Daniel made me feel very welcome. And brought through my uncle who passed away in March. Everything that Daniel mentioned was amazing and there is no way he would have known or been able to find about before the reading. Daniel has brought me so much comfort. Thanks so much

I had the most amazing reading with Jen a few months back, I needed relief from guilt and grief and Jen really helped me with that!!
Jen was able to tell me things about my pregnancy that no one else knew other than me! She was able to name, names of family members! And nicknames!! She even got dates right!!
I am 100% going to book again!! Could not recommend Jen enough!!
I also had an amazing time at one of their live events and got to see all of them do readings on others, again simply mind blowing!!

Today I had a reading with Dan. Wow wow wow! Names, dates, and ages all spot on. I was able to connect with my husband again. He gave me factual information that he wouldn’t have even be able to guess, and some beautiful messages. Although I still left heartbroken, it gave me great comfort knowing he was ok and still with us. Would 100% recommend a reading

Had a reading today with my mum, with dan and Jen.They are truly amazing and such lovely, warm people.From the start to the end of the meeting they made us feel comfortable and welcoming, the reading itself was incredibly on point. They was able to pick up on personal and specific things which only us as a family would have known, they also took there time to explain everything and to make sure we fully understood the messages which was coming though. We are 100% going to book again further down the line.And we would fully recommend them to others Thank you guys for a lovely experience.

Had a reading with Dan, I used a fake name as was suggested and didn’t tell Dan, my nan came through amongst others 😂, at first I was a bit puzzled when Dan said she came stomping in in what he described as kitten heels I had never known my nan to wear anything but sensible shoes, when I mentioned to my mum about did nan ever used to wear heels mum did actually confirm that she used to wear kitten heels 😂 obviously when she was a lot younger, Dan gave me some initials and at first I couldn’t place anyone with initial but after it popped into my head the name starting with that initial, all in all a very good reading would highly recommend, I’m looking fort booking again although I did think my nan would have said Happy Birthday to me as it was my birthday on the day of the reading 😂

I attended a live event via zoom hosted by the Misfit crew. It was amazing to witness all of their in depth and accurate readings. I was then blessed enough to be read by both Dan and Jen. Let me tell you, wow! These are proper psychics and wonderful people. Theirs gifts and skills are immediately apparent in the reading. This was the best reading I have ever received by a landslide. So much so, that I immediately took advantage of the very generous live show offer and booked a reading for my girlfriend and my mother as gifts. I can't wait till they experience it.

Wowwww I had a reading with Dan, I am absolutely gob smacked! I'm not the easiest person to read as I give absolutely nothing away, I have a complete poker face, Dan smashed it, the details was unbelievable, my dad passed just 3 weeks ago. Danielle got his name, my daughters name, his 2nd wife's name, even the town where dad lived, to name just a few.

I had the most wonderful reading with Dan, I can honestly say that it blew my mind and expectations! I've had many readings with others over the last 20 years and regularly attend my local spiritual church but this was totally unique and so very comforting. Dan was able to bring my wonderful Dad through with such accuracy. What I loved the most was the fact that Dan described my Dad's personally, his warmth, his love, his humour, he could totally understand and feel why our love was and continues to be so strong and why Dad is so very special. After having such an awful experience with a so called medium on TicTok (see other review) I was lead to Jen and Dan Misfit Medium. I have watched their lives for quite a while and decided to put my trust in them to give me a reading. I booked with Jacey earlier this year and having been to a few mediums before with no luck on any of my family members coming through (and starting to become skeptical) Jacey managed to connect to my uncle straight away with things that I didn’t even know about him which was later confirmed by my mum. Absolutely unbelievable and such a good job.
I returned for the 2nd time, this time with the lovely Jen and wanted to speak to my auntie… she got her! Confirmed by many thing but most impressive a story no one could have possibly known. I still can’t quite believe how they do it but they do it good! Not only would I trust them to read for anyone I know. But their kind, respectful and loving approach really does put you at ease (as for me it’s a touch scary to be talking to loved ones that have passed). I could talk to them all day about nothing and everything. Wonderful people who really do care. I came away from both readings feeling so content and absolutely satisfied they connected to my loved ones.
