Laurel was my point of contact in regards to several scheduled medical appointments. the office had given me the portion i would have to pay and what insurance would pay. Things didn’t add up to me; however, i couldn’t intelligently debate the issue with the doctors office. I reached out to Laurel and in a day or two later she called me informing me i was not going to have to pay as much. One visits payment was reduced by $100. Two other scheduled visits went from $121 each to ZERO. All i did was involve Mishe (Laurel) and they addressed my concerns quickly and efficiently. Refreshing that i received this type of representation from Mishe.

Laurel was the best! My procedure was on the brink of being cancelled due to unforseen circumstances, but Laurel worked her magic and was able to still have me seen as scheduled. I do not know what I would have done without the help of her services!

Laurel has been a blessing in disguise.When I called to ask questions about their services , It sounded to good to be true. I gave Laurel all the appointments I have through the end of the year and in less than 24 hrs she had everything taken care. No Co-Pay or out of pocket expenses were taken when arriving at my appointments.Laurel has helped me more in the last month than ANY of my other insurance companies ever have. Thank You Laurel!!

Laurel with Mishe has been wonderful. I had to have a colonoscopy and a CT scan, and I have two upcoming doctor's appointments. Laurel has taken care of everything. She even made the appointment for my CT scan! She stays in communication with me and promptly answers any questions I have. I can't say enough good things about her and about Mishe in general.

Laurel was absolutely amazing! She was so helpful and available when needed! There was an issue getting a hold of a doc to assist me as a new patient. She was so on the ball and dedicated to get me taken care of. She was knowledgeable and helpful with the cascading tests and needs after the visit.

Laurel does a great job helping when I need help. She got me into a dermatologist in 2 days which is almost unheard of where I live. So far things have been great. It’s nice that I have met her and you know who you are talking with.

I was a little nervous at first because this is unlike any healthcare process I have ever used, but Laurel was wonderful! She got me appointments made and took care of everything up front. It was very simple to get in touch with her just through text to ask my many questions and she was very responsive.

Mishe has been an absolute godsend. As someone without health insurance, I have been intimidated to seek out healthcare that isn’t absolutely necessary. Mishe not only helped me find a new doctor in my area, they also got me an appointment within a few days, assisted me with payment for my visit (I was able to get both a physical and specialized visit to address my recent pain for the cost of one) and followed up with me following my doctors visit to help me with next steps. Laurel is so kind, helpful and attentive. Hands down the best customer service I’ve received in recent memory. It’s hard to believe that such a cost effective alternative to health insurance exists. I will be recommending Mishe to all my friends, colleagues and family. Thanks again!
