My first order never got delivered when tho it was marked delivered and reached out to them asap. No response.

Ordered the same dresses again and this time were delivered! I continued to email them to get a response twice a week and finally got a response saying the order delivered when I responded back to say it hadn’t hence I reached out. Twice a week I send them emails hoping that they will respond and just issue a refund to me - which as a company won’t be hard at all. Never had issues with any Australian brand before until now

Absolutely horrible quality of clothes. Wrong sizing and you are refused a refund only store credit to use on more garbage they sell. Massive regret buying from here.

placed and order and found that their clothes are really cheap quality and not true to size, they would not give me a refund so I had to reorder and found exactly the same with the next order... sent back again and now stuck with a $220 gift voucher that isn't even worth spending

Very poor service overall. I ordered items that were completely untrue to size, and not even slightly off, I order a 12 in a bohemian style dress and it looked nothing like the photo and was super tiny. I had a shocking experience with exchanging, no refunds whatsoever they just provide you with a voucher, nobody gets back to you it’s all automated servicing. And the quality of clothes is absolutely terrible! Things shrunk, arrived torn, seems we’re split before even wearing, and extremely transparent. Would highly suggest rethinking any purchases though them.

Ordered a white dress which was described online with lining underneath. It arrived faulty, the lining was present but you could see everything underneath. Now you would assume that they would offer postage to send it back? No had to fight them on that and requested a full refund due to faulty goods on their end. They have received the item back and issued a credit note, no response to my final email asking where was my refund!
Absolutely disgusting will never purchase here again.

horrible customer service. Ordered items over 2 weeks ago and havent received them and the company wont respond to me. Ive asked for a refund and sent multiple emails with no response. Very upsetting as I spent over $300 on my order. Do not order as you wont hear from them.

I brought something on the site with a gift card I had & paid an extra $4 of what was remaining of the dress. I got an email to say they had over sold the dress and I was unable to receive it. I requested a refund. I received $4 in bank account & nothing more. I have requested the remaining $70 or so be refunded too & have chased for months for a response & no one is getting back to me. Will definitely not be returning after this awful experience.

Fast shipping but disappointed with the quality. I have been following this brand for a while their Instagram and app look great. I ordered a cardigan and so glad I got the $15 discount for ordering on the app if I had paid full price I would have been even more upset. The quality is very cheap and thin wouldnt order from them again.

Beautiful pieces however terrible customer service and over two weeks for a delivery that was supposed to come in express post.

The clothes are NOT what they look like on the website. I thought this was a nice brand with decent quality material/clothes. It is so over priced the, material is extremely cheap and thin and dodgy. Valley girls material could qualify as better then this. Yet there charging prices that kookai would... I ordered multiple items including a white play suit, when it arrived I thought it was the wrong item as the play suit was half blue and half white, but that is how much they’ve edited the photos... also my items were almost falling apart with strands of material hanging out and coming apart at the seams every where!

My hoop earrings I brought though were nice!

Don’t buy if you wish to return anything, I purchased a few items and wanted to return them as they didn’t fit and didn’t feel like good quality for the price. They will only refund you store credit, which should be clearly highlighted at the checkout, so if you’ve shopped internationally like I have you will it costs £20 to ship back to them too. I have also messaged and emailed a number of times and heard nothing back.

I ordered a size 6 however it looks more like a size 2.... Basically, my dress looks like a T-shirt, it has absolutely NOTHING to do with what I saw on the pics. Also, in the pics the dress came with a belt that was never sent to me.
