This has been one of the most misleading online shopping experiences I’ve had.
I received my order after about two weeks, but the product I got looks absolutely nothing like what was advertised. The item is completely different in appearance, quality, and overall design compared to the photos on the website.
Instead of resolving the issue properly, customer support responded with vague, repetitive emails that clearly seemed aimed at delaying the process. There was no real willingness to help or take responsibility.
After multiple messages back and forth, they refused to issue a full refund and only agreed to a 60% partial refund, which is unacceptable when the product delivered is not what was shown or ordered.
This kind of practice is extremely misleading for customers. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to be very cautious before ordering from this website.

I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of the product and the customer service I have received from your company.
The Aya Pink Godet Floral Mini Dress I ordered (size L, pink) is not as described on your website.
The material looks cheap, the stitching is clearly visible, and the overall quality is far below what I would reasonably expect for a dress priced at £130. This feels misleading and unacceptable.
When I contacted customer service to request a refund, I did not receive appropriate support. Instead of addressing my concerns, I was repeatedly offered store credit, which I do not want. I am entitled to a refund for a product that is not as described.
Additionally, the return instructions provided are unreasonable and concerning. Being asked to:
1, Ship the item internationally to the United States at my own expense
2, Declare a value of 5–10% of the purchase price, which raises ethical and legal concerns
3, Accept deductions such as restocking and shipping fees
These conditions place an unfair burden on me as the customer and do not align with standard consumer rights.
Due to the lack of cooperation and refusal to provide a fair resolution, I have been left with no choice but to initiate a chargeback through my bank.
I would strongly advise others not to spend their money on this company based on my experience.

I had the BEST experience and customer service from Miss Rosier. I ordered the Uranie maxi dress in yellow (via express post) and immediately emailed them asking if they could dispatch the dress as soon as possible so I had it in time for a wedding in a few weeks. They replied almost immediately saying that would put an urgency on the parcel and within hours it was dispatched, and within 2 days it was delivered to my house (bearing in mind I live in Australia!). Not only was I so impressed with the service but the dress looks UNREAL in person. It’s such high quality, heavy, and exactly as shown on the website. AMAZING QUALITY
I ordered the Fernella dress for my NYC courthouse elopement and it couldn’t have been a better option!! We got married in March so the NY weather can be unpredictable so I was looking for something that worked in between seasons. It was STUNNING - best part was being able to take off the cape and wear it as just a short sleeved dress with out the cape!
