All our products are plant based and eco friendly. We pride ourselves on using recycleable packaging. We encourage our customers to refill rather than replace their plastic bottles & shakers. Miss Jules Melts is a small family run business. It was founded by myself Julie Marie Wharton in January 2021. It started as a lockdown hobby but with the support of my husband who now works along side me full time my hobby has envolved into a successful business. All my products are scientifically approved. I have cosmetic assessments that have been approved by a chemist and all my labels are compliant with government guideline. I love what I do. I love how far I have come. Customer satisfaction is what it is all about. To know that MY hand creations are making your home a cosier more pleasant place to relax just fills me with pride!

3yrs on and still going strong
I have been buying from Miss Jules Melts and Crafts for around 3yrs now and the scents have always been amazing, the longevity has rivaled if not triumphed past well known brands and their customer service is fantastic. Quick, speedy responses but always have that personal touch and you can tell the customer truly does come first.

Excellent service as always. Not over keen on coconut creme as dont feel smells very much like coconut. Just felt strawberry one was darker then normal as smell alot stronger. My friends will still love them and it certainly wont stop me buying more in the future

Aww thank you for your lovely feedback. Coconut is naturally a weaker smell than most fragrances. Vanilla is another weaker one and sadly we are limited by regulations as to the amount of fragrance we can add. In terms of colour we hand blend them and so the colour is often slightly different. We have recently changed our Strawberry Bon Bon fragrance and the general feedback has been that it is stronger in fragrance which can only be a good thing.
