I'm either lucky or Missord is true

We ordered my prom dress online bc I struggle to find plus size clothes I like. Found a beautiful sequined floral velvet dress. Ordered and received the tracking number. Everytime I would go on 17track to see, it just said "on its way with no shipping or delivery indications. It arrived with no damage and was exactly what I ordered and in the size I ordered. It took just a few days longer than the expected shipping time but it got here in plenty time for putting together the rest of the outfit.

Sketchy return policy

I returned a dress to Missord because the fabric was too itchy. I had to spend $32.05 to send it back to their company. That was August 1st 2025. In return they sent the dress back to my address which I received today February 17th 2026. With no explanation. I still don't want the dress.

The dress you received recently was likely automatically resent by the logistics system after the refund was processed. This duplicate shipment does not affect your refund status, and you will not be charged again. You are welcome to keep the dress at no additional cost.

If you cannot locate the refund in your bank statement, we recommend contacting your card provider with the ARN: 74481325254100210360017, which allows them to trace the transaction internally.

MISSORD61034 i ordered a dress for an occassion, first of all after paying they said they were out of stock we had back n forth finding a replacement coz i knew i would not get a refund. I had to pay more coz the option which they said was available was nore costly. That dress hasnt arrived but they sent an untrackable FEDEX reference with proof of delivery being a picrure of a place which is nothing like my house, no signature, link leads to nowhere, no response from emails to them terrible experience i ordered a dress, matching coat and evening bag for $232.57 which seems to have gone down the drain still fighting them. BASICALLY THEY'RE SCAMMERS. The tracking is fake designed to apartion blame elsewhere

We’re really sorry to read how frustrated and upset you are. We understand how important this order was for your occasion, and we do not take your experience lightly.

However, we would like to clarify the situation factually:

• The original dress you ordered was unfortunately out of stock, and we contacted you before shipping to arrange a replacement. You selected an alternative style, and your order was updated and shipped.
• Your parcel was shipped from our Guangzhou warehouse, which is standard for our international orders.
• The shipment was sent via FedEx, and there is an official carrier tracking number with delivery scans in the system.

That said, your report that the delivery photo does not match your home and that no signature was obtained is a serious carrier issue, not something we dismiss. This situation is classified as a possible misdelivery, which unfortunately can happen with all courier companies worldwide.

What’s important is this:
We are not refusing help, and we are not ignoring you. A carrier investigation is required in cases like this before a parcel can be officially declared lost. We have escalated this with the shipping company to request:

• GPS delivery coordinates
• Driver delivery confirmation
• Additional proof of drop-off location

If the carrier confirms misdelivery or loss, we will proceed with a resolution (refund or replacement) according to the investigation result.

We understand emotions are high, but calling the situation a scam does not reflect the fact that your order was genuinely processed, packed, and shipped. The issue here is a delivery dispute with the courier, and we are working through the proper process to resolve it.

Request for Return Address and Clarification on Refund Policy
Dear Customer Service Team,
I previously reached out requesting a return address to post back the items I purchased, but I have not yet received a response. I would appreciate it if a member of your team could provide me with the correct return address as soon as possible.

I am also concerned about your refund policy. It is unclear to me why a customer who orders an item that does not fit would not be allowed to return it for a full refund. In particular, I would like clarification on the policy that only reimburses 30% of the purchase amount. For example, I paid $120 for my order, when I requested to return the item, I received an email proposing me a 30% refund for, which does not seem reasonable or fair.

Could you kindly confirm your return process and explain this refund policy in detail? I would appreciate a prompt response so this matter can be resolved.

I received my dress on July 7 and it was poor quality not worth the price that I paid for it. It’s like scuba material not fit for a wedding which I wanted to wear it for I emailed the company several times and have not received any response. The website said they have easy returns. I knew I shouldn’t of bought a dress online because you never know what you’re gonna get please refund my money and please get back to me. Thank you
