I had a query regarding return fees when subscribed to Misspap VIP, I submitted it via their online query form and had a prompt and helpful response from Angelica from the customer service department. She explained everything fully and suggested if I had any further questions/issues to get back in touch, she was helpful and friendly 😊

I ordered before 23:00 for next day delivery at only £3.99 and really wasn’t expecting them to actually arrive… they did!
I ordered the brown short Ugg style boots in an 8, they are a small size so I’m glad I got an 8 (I wear 7.5).
I also ordered the two in one recycled coat. Unfortunately I only received the gilet and not the jacket, I contacted the team and was immediately given a 50% refund for the inconvenience. The item is now out of stock so I couldn’t get a replacement and have now received a full refund for the item and a discount code for delivery! Incredible. The quality of the jacket and boots are really good so I will be re ordering the jacket when it’s back in stock. Thankyou to Maurella G and David for your super fast response and resolve

I received a faulty item and i messaged Misspap through facebook. I got help from Joshua M and then from Jhona. They guided me what to do and my item was replaced with a new one straight away after i sent the faulty one.

I had an issue with a faulty item that was delivered and unfortunately the item was sold out so I couldn’t be sent a replacement. Instead MISSPAP replied to my query within 12 hours offering a full refund. Julie (customer services) was really helpful and it was dealt with really quickly.
