I'm really impressed with the quality of service that Miss Rebel supplies. Each time I place an order, my delivery arrives within two days via standard delivery! Plus, as the delivery is tracked, you get regular updates on the status of your delivery. The dresses I received were of a great quality, much better than you'd expect. I will return very very soon!

The prices are very good, you would not expect to get such good quality at the low price they are, I have never had any problems with sizing and the delivery is always in great time! Love this website, always get something when pay day comes along!

I received my first order with no issues. The second order never came; according to them it was delivered. Yet they could not provide a signature of the person who received the order.
I must have sent them over 5 mails requesting that my order be delivered or I be refunded, they replied 1 or 2 times and then chose to ignore since November 2013.
Order number 6098778. and it was some Steven guy who replied initially.

ok, i just found out about this site and decided to make a purchase. Items weren't too expensive(though i bought from the sale section). The clothes arrived timely and were in good condition and true to size. i am also saying this as an international customer, ordering from Africa. Anyways thanks miss rebel you guys made my day :)

My teenage daughter showed us this website when deciding how to spend her (early) Christmas money, she ordered on Friday 20th December and everything was delivered before Christmas. Delivery was free as she spent over £45 and for her money she almost has a new full wardrobe. Very impressed with the service and I'll be looking here again when it comes to the wifes birthday.

First up... my order took nearly two weeks to arrive and was just dumped on the door step in the rain. The goods were of cheap material and much smaller than the stated size. So, i decided to return the goods, it took 3 weeks to get a reply detailing returns policy and there address. after waiting a further two weeks, and no confirmation of receipt of my returns, i asked to speak to the manager, who was unavailable every time i called, i was passed to Shai, who was'nt interested in the least at helping or replying to my emails. I got through to 'James'' who said he would look into my case personally, so after a further 3 months and no communication, i've decided to take this further. They denied receiving my returns, once i have the proof of tracking number and the signature of someone their end, they denied knowing anything about it! .. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY - This is cheap market style clothes - atleast you know what your buying at the market. DONT WASE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! These jokers are liar and laughing all the way to their holiday desintation with our money on shoddy items that they will no doubt re-sell, without refundund poor hard working mums!!

Well I was supposed to have a reunion of sorts with my rebel girl gang from college and was not sure what to buy as it was summer. My problem was that I was supposed to meet on the weekend and was really caught up at work. So during a chit chat with a colleague at my work she suggested to buy a dress online. She in the same breath suggested to check out miss rebel. Being summer I wanted something flowery and vibrant. In the evening when I logged into missrebel.co.uk it was in for a surprise for the share range and cost at which they sold. Unbelievable! Gosh, it was a crisis of plenty! Trust me it was tough to decide what not to buy!

The summer collection was so beautiful. And it took me 10 minutes to decide on a long summer dress with flower patterns. Not easy for a girl huh! But most who I had heard from about internet shopping came with a warning about the problems in delivery. But due to work constraint I gave it a shot! This was Wednesday evening and I was set to meet my four friends on Saturday. Guess what miss rebel delivered the dress at my home soon after i came back from work on Friday. And that Really made my day! So when I went for the reunion, I received compliments from everyone. I would strongly recommend missrebel !!! Keep rebeling gals!!

I ordered some clothes from their website, firstly the delivery was late, didn’t turn up days after I was expecting it and nobody bothered to inform me of the delay, then they sent me the wrong items ! I then queried about returning the items as I didn’t want items I had not ordered. They advised me I will need to send them back at my own cost and they will reimburse me the monies back including my FULL refund. After I returned the goods back, they told me they would not reimburse me for the postage costs either way!! It took over 6 weeks to resolve, I constantly had to phone up chasing my refund, then they PART refunded me, because I hadn’t sent an item back which THEY HAD NOT SENT TO ME IN THE FIRST PLACE. The customer service and representatives were awful! No respect what so ever for customers. I have, to this day never experienced such disgusting customer service in my life. They hung up on me many times and were SO rude! No manners at all. Disgusting. I would NEVER recommend this company to ANYONE. The quality of the items wasn’t good but I wasn’t expecting amazing quality either for the price I was paying but to take over 6 weeks to resolve a situation is ridiculous. Worst experience in customer service I have had. Definitely need to train their staff with some communication skills and customer service skills. Would not recommend using this company.

I've always had a hard time finding clothes that are "my style", until I found this website. I was very surprised at the low prices, and I almost didn't order because I thought it would be a scam. Then I thought I should try anyway, and I was surprised how quick my order was processed. It took around 10 days from the ordering date to get the package in my mailbox (I live in Finland), so I didn't have to wait for too long.
The clothes I recieved were in quite good quality with tags and everything on, and they was about the perfect size as well. I'm a size 12-14 and I often have problem with clothes being to small when I order online, but these weren't. They were still thight (especially one dress), so if you like a bit of "space" you could just order one size bigger!

In conclusion, I am satisfied with my shopping experience and will probably shop there again and recommend this site to my friends.

One of my favourite shopping sites, always great service, delivery on time and their clothes are good quality. I love their fashion variety, they got a style for everything.

Very easy site to use, affordable clothing without compromising on fashion (trends). Orders (according to the site), takes between 3-5 days to deliver. Mine was out by a day but in all a good company and would definately order from them again.

I have used this site a few times & have found dresses that are in other shops but for a hell of a lot cheaper on here. I thought the quality would be bad but was surprised how it wasn't. They don't have the biggest selection but what they do have is bang on trend. Great site for a bargin!!
