DO NOT ORDER. I returned my goods 3 weeks ago and have still not received a refund. I have emailed twice but no reply. I have tried to comment on fb page but will not allow me to do so

I've ordered from here quite a few times and not once have I had a problem...but this year I ordered some clothing worth a lot a week ago, says it will arrive 3-5 working days and it's been past that. I'm not sure what to do but this was a Christmas gift and it's Christmas in 4 days 😕

I placed my order on the 4th Dec which is meant to take 3-5 working days to arrive since then I've emailed them 3 times with no response at all about where my order is I've spent over £45 on an outfit i doubt i will get any time soon or at all and there for will have to spend more money on another outfit im very angry at the way I've been treated by this company and will be seeking legal action if my goods don't arrive. I wouldn't recommend ordering from this site total rip off!!!!

Is this company legitimate? So many complaints on their Fb page and if you click on their wall posts it was expample 22 comments, when you click to read them they disappear to just 1 or a much less number. Others say they have had their posts deleted and mine was too. They've ignored my messsages too after taking my money and not sending out the goods. No tracking details nothing. Had to raise it with PayPal to get my money back.
God awful company stay well away from this scam.

Demaged clothes. They want send clothes back. But then, they didn´t want send money back... Thanks god, that I paid by paypal and I can open a request...

I have ordered from them over 6 times and never had an issue, tracking numbers were emailed a few days after purchase and parcels received on time. This year has been pathetic, no tracking numbers and orders arrive much later than they should. I am still waiting for my last order and it's one week over the stated 10 days. Emails go unanswered or bounce, phone calls too. I am thinking of taking legal action as they have ignored my request of a full refund. (Zambia)

Atrocious ammature company who clearly do not have a proper ordering system. They lie to you and make out they have the item and take your money then fail to deliver goods. Items have been wrongly delivered and orders were delivered with holes in. Im still waiting for the other part of my order which was promised to be sent at the same time as other 2 orders. Nobody will say where they are or if theyve been sent off. So annoyed.😡😡😡😡

I ordered from miss rebel because they seemed to have a great range online, i'm going on holiday in 3 days and ordered some holiday clothes. its now gone past the standard delivery threshold of 5 working days however this company took the money out of my account the day after i ordered!

The customer service email they provide on their website doesn't work and bounces back, ive spent all afternoon ringing the number that was constantly an engaged tone to FINALLY get through at 4.10pm to be told shes leaving the office now and cant deal with my query!!

i am so annoyed im out of pocket and have no goods to show for it, i doubt i will receive this delivery in time or even at all and will have to go through the bank to fight for my money back!

i ordered a tract suit from this site last week the picture showed a full length jumper top with no hood and large front pocket when i got it it was a crop top jacket with a hood and no front pocket .This is totally not fair and they show you items that are not correct not once did the title or the details did it say crop top or hood if it did i would of not bought the item so i am very angry as am not 20.00 pocket for them miss leading in the item i will not be using this site again

I have contacted miss Rebel 4 times via email with 2 day intervals. They replied the first time saying my order will be with me on Monday (7 days after ordered) it has now been 12 days no replies from emails. Disgusted to be honest. I buy wholesale and was planning on using miss Rebel regularly . Spending over £2-3k a month but I have now changed my mind. I am now going to chase for a full refund or my items delivered within 5 days. If I have no luck I will be seeking the legal route out of principle. My advice do not buy from here at all !!! ( I am from the uk)

ordered a number of itms,all but 2 were good,but ordered 2 items size 10 / 12.the items would have fit a baby elephant..returned the items but having trouble getting refund,they keep replying to my emails that they have not recievied them....very quick to take your money but dont want to know when they have to make refund,,wont be ordering from them again.

Came across this website, they have great stuffs..so I tried to order, after selecting items, when I proceeded to pay, I couldn't pay with all the banks I entered even with PayPal,what I kept getting was that "Worldpay have not received any confirmation from the banks even paypal". very sad 😔.. I came here to read reviews, finding out it is a great company broke my heart the more... I'm a Nigeria, I saw a review from a Nigerian here, I'm wondering how she was able to pay and with what bank she paid?

I read the reviews on here about Missrebel, so i decided to proceed with my order. But i am a very dissatisfied customer and I will not be a returning customer. Yes their clothing material isn't that cheap but its not the best either. Not only that, they overcharged me AND didn't refund me a sold out item until I messaged them about it three weeks later. This is a very irresponsible website and I do not recommend it to others.
