I found Misstt on IG and they had the cutest jackets. And really great prices. So I ordered one for me and one for my daughter for Christmas. They kept in good touch along the way on the status. I receive them today and I'm OBSESSED! The quality is great, they are beyond stylish.... I can't believe how affordable they are. I will def be shopping with MISSTT again.

im from japan and the delivery took only a week! i was hesitant at first since theyre not very well known, but i could say they’re definitely underrated! i just saw them on pinterest:) for the quality i feel like its not the best but its also not bad, i like the design:) looks just like the picture

I ordered the ariadne punk embroided fur jacket and it came in just over a week! They use the shop app so it's trackable the whole time, and they use yunexpress then gofoexpress for the USA portion. The final price includes the cost of shipping so they don't tack on $30 when checking out, it's really nice. They gave me free hairties too!!

I ordered the Stackable Print Cowboy Boots in Black White, but after placing my order, I was told it would take three weeks just to ship. That’s way too long for something that should’ve been in stock. There was no clear notice about the delay until after I paid, which was frustrating. I ended up canceling my order because I didn’t want to wait that long. Poor communication and disappointing experience overall.

I waited like 3 weeks for my order only for them to send it back to the sender without saying why?? They didn’t contact me at all, I randomly checked and it send “sent back to sender” and nothing else. Don’t recommend this store for sure

Excellent customer service, they answered me in about half an hour to all my specific questions and restocked an item for me :) They sent the item in 2 working days, and everything about the shipping is described neatly

Arrived quickly and in good condition. Well packaged and everything was how I expected it to be, no disappointment whatsoever.

Everything arrived around 3 weeks after purchase and im really satisfied!
Everything is authentic and good quality and the packaging is good and really pretty. The prices are more affordable than other curated sites with the same brands. Inside there were even freebies like cute pins and stuff.
Also, the customer service is really good! I had multiple questions about the fabric of some pieces and they always answered within minutes and were nice.
I’ll definitely keep purchasing from their site!!!
