The product iteself is of decent quality. Not amazing, but good enough, and the customization is a nice touch. Sadly, there was a typo in my custom text (their mistake, not mine). I wrote to customer service and they never got back to me. In the end, I had to get a chargeback from my credit card, which is really too bad because I might have ordered more otherwise.
5 star service: I didn’t receive the item and then they submitted a USPS claim on my behalf. Once USPS said it was their fault, they made me another one. I got the item before the holiday, but the only reason I’m leaving 4 stars and not 5 is because the quality isn’t the best. Will be cute for a few wears. Overall pleased with my experience. Thank you!!
