Awful communication

Awful communication, bought a part which turned up damaged, clearly dropped before it was packaged (Outer packaging was fine). Said i would return it but needed a new one urgently, said they wouldnt ship (despite photos) until they had received the damaged part.

Stated i wanted a replacement part with every email, but ended up ignoring that and saying i had not told them which option (refund or replacement)

Car left off road longer due to their incompetance, glad i have my money back to purchase from a more proactive seller.

It is alright

UPDATED : after a while I got my refund. I tried to contact the call center but was waste of time.
The most important is the problem was solved.

Original Review:
I got a low quality brake caliper,
after a few months starts binding and I sent it back. After 30 days nothing happened, no refund or anything.

You have sent me the wrong items

You have sent me the wrong items, the wiper blades are for a left hand drive car!they do not fit my model. Can you please advise a return policy or replacement for correct item

Please bear in mind that the license plate facility does not recognize the exact year of construction of your vehicle and thus it shows parts for the set of years in which the specific model was being manufactured. During the construction period the manufacturer may have changed some of the parts for some models and this is why a part listed as compatible may not fit, as it is for a vehicle from another year of manufacture.
