I bought something from them that doesn't fit my car, even though it said on their website that it did when I wrote down my registration number. I sent my package back on 28/4-25. I can see from DHL that they received my return on 6/5-25. I still haven't received my money. I have tried to contact customer service several times, but haven't gotten a response from them.

Very poor customer service. I sent four emails about the part not fitting. Received a reply acknowledging emsil about a werk later. To date no action to resolve the problem. Will not be using again.

Tras tu consulta en la cual indicas sobre un articulo no compatible, te informamos que damos un plazo de 30 días desde la entrega, por lo tanto pedimos disculpas si no te vale la pieza, indicarte que tenemos un procedimiento de devolución por que cambios no hacemos lamentablemente, solamente tiene que depositar la pieza en su embalaje y llevar el paquete con un n° de bulto que te facilitamos, en cual quier oficina de correos cercana podrás entregarlo sin abonar nada, después contarás 15 días para gestionar su reembolso del mismo modo de pago.
Agradecemos tu comprensión y quedamos a tu disposición para cualquier otra consulta que tengas.

I had ordered Limpiaparabrisas for my Renault Kadjar, who needs two different sizes for the main windscreen and I received something completely different, rear wiper blades, 400mm with the number BOL-F041048. It is just unbelievable that somebody just cannot read orders. I am dissapointed. Which easy way is available that I get the correct ones? I suppose you send the correct ones and I give back the wrong ones to the "transporters". The difference in money, if there is one, I will then pay by credit card.
