Bra priser, men alt for lang levering.
Bra priser hos Mister- Auto, men synd at det tar nesten en måned å få det man bestiller. Det er ikke første gangen det tar så lang tid. Står forventet leverings dag men en må nok legge på ca 14 dager til.

Way to late!
I ordered and heard only a week later that they did not have it in store. So I then ordered a substitute, which they had in store but who were send so late that I could not get it before after easter holiday. In all I waited 3 weeks for the starter generator! So no car at that time.
But great service from representativ on phone!

unclear company
was oredring two times, first time they didnt have all what was needed and send me goods without this item, after searching found out they have replacemnt part for same item what they dont have on stock, than i oreder it and was free delivery , but suddenly this free delivery disappear and i need to pay the delivery cost.
When arrive good on post , than you need to pay tax, witch i was not expected...
After calculating all cost ect.. is ceaper to buy in Norway in store then order from this site.
Think will not use this site any more.

I did order something last year and everything was ok. This year I made a new order and the things were withouth Mva. Do you know how much problems cost me this ( to deal with the Custom)? And the packages came with 10 days delay ( because of that I miss my appointment with my car service and this cost extra for me).

You lie about prices. I got my package on post and had to pay some extra fee for 271nok! You never mentioned that while I was ordering parts online!.. Not my problem if you send parts from other countries 😦😞 I dont want to pay custom fee for you. Disapointed....

The lady on the phone at the customers service is not willing to take out a wrong ordered item, even though the total order was not processed as yet, in stead we had to wait till the order came, then we could ask for a return-slip and send it back to them , and we get the money back, but whom is paying the tax we paid at the post office back? and why has it to be so difficult, further more her English can be improved also because just like her not everybody speaks fluently norwegian, or are native Norwegians

You have paid VAT to the Norwegian state so it is the Norwegian institution that deals with VAT, you can get your money back from.
