I just had a ladder fitted by Andrew, who was a delight to deal with. Mine was a tricky space but they found a solution. They charge a fixed price for ladder and fitting depending on which ladder you choose, so no surprises. Very clean, he put dust sheets down and cleaned up after, taking away all packing. I would recommend.
