New generation Babolat
I recently purchased the new Babolat Pure Drive 107 (2025 model / Gen 11) from Mister Tennis, and the experience was flawless. The purchasing process was straightforward, and I used a discount coupon (ROMA26), which made the final price very competitive.
What impressed me most was the custom stringing service. The racquet arrived exactly as requested: strung with Babolat Syn Gut 1.25 at a tension of 23kg for the mains and 24kg for the crosses, including the pre-stretch service and a 2-knots configuration.
As a baseline player who hits flat shots on clay courts, the precision and stability of the racquet prepared by their team were essential for my adaptation to this new model. Shipping to Spain (Elche) was fast, and the product arrived in perfect condition.

Excellent Shop, super fast delivery
I was concerned at first but decided to order from them anyway because of the how many positive reviews they had. The experience was absolutely amazing, they have excellent prices, the delivery arrived in just 3 business days (faster than advertised) which is super fast for cross country delivery. the Racket came in a good package in excellent condition. the return is not the easiest way - after 3 weeks and lots of mails i´ll just call Paypal for help, because Mister Tennis is not able to handle my problem - one and only order!

We are sorry to read your review, especially because we always tried to assist you throughout the entire return process and provided detailed guidance whenever you contacted us.
We explained by email how to complete the online return request form; however, we can see that the procedure was never completed, as no return request is registered on your account.
You also sent us a photo of the FedEx label asking whether it could be used for a DHL return shipment. We clarified that this was not possible and explained that, by requesting the return through DHL Parcel, the correct DHL label would automatically be generated.
Naturally, if a parcel is taken to DHL with a FedEx label attached, the shipment cannot be processed correctly.
In any case, we are still available to assist you and can organize the return directly on your behalf. Simply contact our Customer Service and we will proceed immediately.
