Customer Service is always friendly and responds relatively quickly.
Pricing has been hard to beat, across multiple boosting platforms, I've only found a few that have beat Misti prices and thats normally through a temporary sale (vice Misti regular prices).

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY
They promise 20-30 minute service. It took four days. First, we failed to make the timer on my M+ key. They refused to refund my money, then tried to give me a coupon for future service, then agreed to run it again. They missed that appointment to run it. Then missed another. We finally made the third - and failed on timer again. The healer was in blues. It's a scam awaiting victims.
He responded below with lies. He never refunded my money. Ever. I've never left a review for him before. Ever.

You can post as many 1-Star Reviews you want, there is no chance you will get free M20 in time with attitude you have.
99% of my customers are getting mythic plus runs in time for free, or extra run if they recive poor loot on end. But you wont. Only thing you can get is what you paid for, and you paid for M20 x 4 runs without in time guaranteed.
Your run started 1 hour after purchase is made.And no, there was no 3rd attempt, as i have said in your previous review, team completed 1st M20 key in time, then team didnt completed 2nd key in time mostly cause you kept dying on mobs and you wasted timer. Also , your claim that healer was in blues is blatant lie.
Then you came on live chat with threats and insults, after you failed to get free intime runs, i refunded you and thats whole story.
Now you are trying to ruin my reputation here on trustpilot, cause you are simply said , a terrible person. Also you are blacklisted as customer,any future purchase you attempt on misti.services will be declined.
Please stay away from my store.

You have ordered M20 x 4 runs for weekly, without in time guaranteed. If you wanted to get m20 runs in time, you should take that option on product and team would run it in time gladly.
Also after team completed 2nd key you started threatening with review cause they did run as you paid for ( without in time guaranteed ).
Please consider changing this review to 5 stars, cause you have recived what you paid for. 4 Runs of M20 keys, without time guarantee.
Always get what you ask and pay for.
