Very happy with delivery speed and the…

Very happy with delivery speed and the items.
Not so happy that after I placed my first order I then received an email to tell me '15% off of my first order'. Started doing an online chat thing with regard to this, and appear to have got no where, nearly 5 days on and I have had no response.
