The clothes arrived quickly, but they were not very like the photos on the website. I had to pay to return them.

So sorry to give these lovely clothes 1 star. Sad to say I have received nil customer service trying to return a faulty item. Previously a loyal customer, still truly love my past purchases, subscriber, would still buy in store but never again online as now so very disappointed. No one is answering emails or reviewing the chat bot. Five polite requests, 1 photo, all messages sent over 2 weeks requested prepaid return label for faulty goods ignorred. Sorry Mistral I hope you sort yourselves out but its 1 star for me.

Jumper I bought in the sale was just what I needed with autumn suddenly descending. Wore it with a t-shirt underneath, but could be worn on its own. Looked great.

Lovely top delivered efficiently

I love mistral's cotton jersey shirts and have bought two of them. Although I am always pleased with my purchases from Mistral, I was disappointed overall with this season's products: too many short sleeves and few choices for those of us who suit "autumn" colours.
