If I could rate Mi Supplies higher than 5 out of 5, I’d give them at least a 9! From start to finish, my experience with them has been nothing short of outstanding.
After losing a significant amount of weight, I needed to update my Carhartt gear but was hesitant to order online due to sizing uncertainties. Enter Alex Ingham, the Managing Director, whose communication was first-class. He personally arranged a visit to their facility in North Yorkshire, giving two of us the opportunity to try before we buy—a game-changer given my weight loss.

Good but slightly different item received than image
Easy purchase and delivery. However, the item that arrived is slightly different to the advertised image. In the image the carhartt logo is a sewed on badge to the leather bifold wallet. The actual item I received has an embossed black carhartt logo on the leather bifold wallet so I was a little disappointed it wasn’t the same. Nevertheless, the team looked into this for me and seems the product has since changed from when they started stocking the item, so I will be keeping the item but receiving a partial refund. Great service.

They quickly explained the situation and even offered a replacement, which I politely declined as I'm happy to wait for the item to arrive. Very sorry for the issue, we hoped by sending your a personal email with a full explanation, refund and extra discount to use, that would be ok for you. We at no point had a Helly Hansen offer on, we explained it was an issue with a technical problem on the site. 150 per cent more clearly indicates the pricing was completely wrong, and our discounted pricing and voucher code gave you the best price in the UK against any other site and still does.
At no point have we said we had an offer on, and we emailed you within hours with a full refund, not 2 days later. Thankfully it affected 0.012% of orders and the majority of customers took advantage of the extra discount code we gave them, to get the lowest price in the UK on Helly Hansen.
Appreciate you have your opinion of the company but if at any point you need any help, please contact me direct and I will be very happy to help you.

This should have been honoured but wasn't, I will not be using this retailer again, as for the 10 percent off 🙄 the still puts the item at 150 percent more than you sold it to me.

As explained in our email to you and our terms & conditions, the pricing shown on a number of Helly Hansen products were incorrect and couldn't be supplied at that price. We sent your refund on the day of the email and an extra 10% discount which would give you the cheapest price still in the UK, but I appreciate it is not the price you want.

Not what I ordered. I have to return the at my earliest opportunity. Completely wrong boots unfortunately. The ones I ordered were much lighter in colour what I got was dark dark brown. Disappointed.
