Looking at the results from Mito Health, I got motivated to lose weight. Throughout my life (now I`m 67) I was not ready to break my lifestyle for the sake of a more attractive appearance. Now I see that being overweight can be a major threat to my health. I am following the doctor`s recommendations and waiting for the next examination.

I was really pleasantly surprised by Mito and I definitely will do it yearly. I did a well known competitor (Function Health) and the experience wasn't that great, despite good marketing. The response I got from Function was super generic and I still didn't know what to do with my results. I got an ad for Mito and just gave it a shot. I was impressed with the thoroughness of the intake and the quality of the plan the doc gave. I also really like their health bot you can chat with that knows all about your results and everything you've given them (I gave past labs, family history and I'll probably add more extensive family history and supplement info soon.) I find myself feeling more protected by this and feels more interactive than my previous experience. The customer service is really good too and the product just seems really smart. Seems like they're consistently launching new features I'm excited to use. Pretty much a no brainer for me at the $399 a year

Tests were offered that my doctor could not order due to insurance and having no symptoms yet. The price for all the tests was very reasonable. The summary was very insightful and gave me suggestions on how to change my diet to improve some results. The results also allowed me peace of mind knowing many things are normal

A friend introduced me to Mito Health after I conducted online research about comprehensive bloodwork. I chose them because I wanted to get ahead of potential health issues, especially with some concerns around my family history of cancer.



I’d been dissatisfied for years with standard annual checkups that barely scratched the surface. My PCP would brush me off if I asked about more than what was in my normal report.



The testing experience was really smooth and professional at a local Quest lab near me in PA. They went way beyond what I’ve ever done in terms of biomarkers tested. I got advanced lab results that actually helped me understand how my lifestyle was impacting my body. The dashboard didn’t feel like a generic report, but something tailored to me, so I'm really glad I got it. yup.



I love that I can track everything in one place over time, and I do plan to come back to re-test regularly. Hope to have some long term accountability to help me stick to my health goals. Their support from their team feels proactive and human, I think it probably is - including the 1-1 clinician consultation.



Highly recommended for people who are looking for something way beyond a generic annual physical. Thank you Mito team!

I gad a very detailed report.I like how it told you what to eat or supplement. More info to take to my doctor. Fast results. Great to find out all the results and info! I feel more motivated for changes in my diet and foods I hadn't thought about.

I'm a health optimizer who went to Mito Health to get comprehensive lab coverage in addition to my annual physical. I didn't expect much other than the lab data, but have been blown away by the quality and precision of the advice given. My conversation with Dr. Ware was the best I've ever had with a doctor - he stayed on overtime, was super detailed, answered all my questions, and nerded out with me on topics of interest.
