"Full Refund", "Guarantee". "Try it for90 Days". Or, so goes the sales pitch. No asterisk, no footnote.
Reality exists in obscure tab on a web page that is not directly linked during the sales pitch.
You cannot try it for 90 days "to watch how results grow". Because, if you want a refund, you must return the bottles, at your own expense, before the 90 day period ends. And, the 90 day period is based on the date of the transaction, not the date you receive the product. And, if you want a "full" refund, you must include ALL of their bottles -- including not only partially used bottles, but empty bottles if you use the product for more than 30 days.
Easily the most restrictive and onerous refund policy I've ever seen. No wonder they go out of their way to hide it from new customers.

Oh, and if you were wondering, I gained weight during my 60 day trial and generally felt worse during the time.

My opinion -- pure and simple SCAM.

I gave them the bonus of a second star because this is a Service rating and they are prompt and very clear and adamant about you following their rules or they will reject your request for a refund.

I too, was duped into this product of weight loss. Not only have I not lost weight, BUT I have gained several pounds. I have tried several times to contact them to return their product and receive my credit of $649.36. I downloaded on their customer service web site, I gave them my Order numbers and ask how I return their product and receive my refund. I was told there were no such order numbers and they could not refund anything based on these numbers. told, "NO REFUND AVAILABLE". I order their product May 15th. but didn't receive it until almost 2 weeks later.

Product doesn’t work (3 bottles) and refund hasn’t been received.

I ordered and used this product for 2 months and loss no weight. I emailed customer support several times regarding a return, and was told what steps I need to take for the return. After completing all of those steps, I emailed again and have heard nothing. The window for my return was up to March 29th. We have now passed that date, and I believe they have no intention of returning my money! I will NEVER order from this business again.
