It seems this is a common issue with this company. Fortunately I paid with PayPal and so I got my money back.
It is just scam. Do not buy anything there!!!

The item I ordered and paid for never arrived. Appalling! Do NOT use this company.

Order the colourful reindeer and Santa, paid by Visa, never received the items. I ordered them early December.
This is blanted thift, I have an order number and I even had confirmation that the got the order. I don't want to give them any stars. 0,out of 5.

Ordered a ride on Dinosaur Cart, did not arrive emailed 4 times for info then finally asked for a refund. Nothing from them passed it onto my Bank as I paid by Credit card. After a month or so they found on my behalf and refunded back to my account!

I would give them a zero. Ordered and never received. Several emails and nothing, no replies, nothing. I have asked my bank to investigate and filled out FBI forms. SCAM.

Would give zero stars if possible. Ordered lamps from them sent message with confirmation email they had sent. No response, no lamps. Do not waste your money on anything from these scumbags. Using the anonymity of the internet to steal from people all over the world. Disgraceful. If only there were any authority that would actually enforce laws about stealing and fraud.

Sadly I saw these reviews after I paid for an item from the site which hasn’t arrived, had no response from several messages...absolutely disgrace.

Ordered a keyboard and mouse that never arrived. They don't respond to my inquiries and now I have to get my credit card company to go after them. Whatever you do, don't buy from this company!!!

Scam scam scam. Don't bother but if you do use PayPal and file your claim when nothing is shipped. Pay attention if you do get a tracking number and then a mysterious package arrives that isn't what you ordered. It will have the same tracking number.

You'll throw it out along with the packaging and the only thing left is an electronic trail that confirms something was shipped and you received it. You won't have proof that it wasn't what you ordered, that the packaging was too small etc. and you'll be screwed.

This is why people have been receiving mysterious packages from overseas - to make it look like actual goods sold are being shipped.

Ordered two steampunk Keyboards at end of November. No keyboards and no response to emails. As others have said SCAM

Total rip of company, wish I had read reviews before ordering.
Should not be allowed to advertise of social media sites.
Ordered 2 items at £60 no confirmation, no replies to emails as the bounce back.
Learn from my mistakes.

Ordered via Facebook. It's a total scam. Don't respond to emails, they just take your money and run.

You will not get your products... Scam... I reported to paypal and have just received email indicating that claim is in my favour and getting money back.

Fake Fake Fake, they got paid through pay pal but then impossible to get answer!
No goods arrived in two months I don’t believe they ever will be sent
First time I got fooled through internet shopping

it's not a reliable store.. after the order was placed I had no feedback and the purchased product did not arrive! its a Scam!

Ordered steam pump keyboard, nov , as Xmas gift, did get reply to my email sent in December saying they would priority dispatch in time for Xmas , did not arrive ,I also paid extra for priority’s delivery 7 day, in there reply they said item was high in demand but Iv not seen one positive review anywhere on the interweb will never use this service ever again Broken promises

SCAM!! Bought 2 of their steampunk keyboards, got a confirmation email, then nothing, same as all the other reviewers here.
Do not purchase. You won’t get your items.
Facebook and Instagram are allowing their ads to run, unfortunately. I’ll be reporting them if I see the ads again.

The worst place to order anything I never got my xmas tree and they charged me twice. No customer service via email or phone. They suck!

Ordered at the beginning of November and still haven't received anything. No one is replying to my emails either

I ordered a angle backpack on November 11th, 2020. I received no email, tracking information. Emails have gone unanswered. Filed a complaint with Paypal. TOTAL SCAM, BUYER BEWARE!
