Not worth the $$

The Crystal Lantern lamps lasted less than 12 months and when I asked Miviano customer service for some advice on "why they are no longer charging" I was met with a "they are out of warranty and we hope for your understanding" reply
Well Miviano I don't understand and in my eye is no better than a Temu knockoff although 3 times the price so I know where I'll be getting my replacement!

Shoddy Product - Non existent Customer Service

Here’s a follow up on my review of 9/2/25 :-

Miviano Customer Services still haven’t actioned my request to return the lamp with the scratched element that arrived damaged in transit. They haven’t actioned my request for a full refund. I have put them on notice that proceedings will be commenced to obtain that full refund.

Like everyone else who has been on the receiving end of Miviano’s business model of trying to charge premium prices for seconds and defective goods, I recommend that prospective buyers avoid buying this lamp from Miviano.

Lamp was ordered on 15/12/24 arrived several days after Christmas. The lamp arrived with a bad scratch on the light element. It looks like the usb charging cable connector has scratched it in transit because it was quite poorly packaged. I contacted Miviano Customer Services and was advised on 3rd January that they would get back to me. I’m still waiting either for the return procedure for a replacement or a refund of the £65 I paid. It was a Christmas present for my partner so she has missed out. The lamp is a decent product but that is not much good when orders are delivered damaged and there is no means of getting a replacement or a refund because the Customer Service element is so poor.

I think all of that is fair comment on my experience with Miviano
so far and I invite Miviano Customer Services to action my request for a replacement & return or a refund asap.

Three big issues - do not order!

Three big issues: The order we placed took 3.5 weeks to arrive, the company shipped the wrong color, and when I inquired about a return and indicated that the wrong item was shipped, I was told that I have to pay return shipping fees and customs fees to ship it back to FRANCE. I live in the United States, and the item was shipped to me from Texas. It's an $80 item.

Interestingly, the Miviano website doesn't allow customers to rate them, although they have ratings shown. The positive reviews appear to be a scam.

I ordered and paid for two crystal…

I ordered and paid for two crystal lamps on 20.10.2024 costing over £100. Having chased the Company numerous times as to where my order is and then being told it was still in transit and would be arriving in several days, we are now at 15.01.2025. Having messaged the Company asking for an explanation or a refund I've heard absolutely nothing.

Do not buy from here!

Unfortunately I didn’t find this review site before buying from this company.

It’s a scam.

The products are not what’s advertised. They show a charging dock in a video, but there is no charging dock. They are very cheaply made with a different design than what’s shown. Heck, the box it showed up in was warped and had images of the product clearly copy and pasted from another site printed on the box in dingy looking 240pixels. It looks terrible and my stomach sank the moment I took it out of the box. They are also charging 3 times what you can buy this lamp for on other sites.

I ordered two and one of mine just didn’t work after they taking a month to arrive. And the other can’t hold a charge for more than an hour. Customer service ignored my refund request and sent a replacement that I didn’t ask for. The replacement, doesn’t work unless plugged in and is super dim.

Do not buy from this company and pass this info to whatever sites you can to get this company blacklisted.

Do not buy from Miviano

Same experience as the others. DO NOT BUY FROM MIVIANO. My lamp arrived with a production defect at the charging port. I initiated a request for return and set pictures. Customer Service responses are terrible and there is an insistence from them that I receive a replacement. They will not confirm that I would get my money back after sending this faulty lamp back to France even though their website very clearly states a 100% satisfaction guarantee and a 30 day money back guarantee. Worst customer service experience I have ever had.

Do not use this company

Do not use this company. Products delivered damaged in terrible packaging. Customer service non-existent. Repeated requests for refund not answered. Photos sent repeatedly to prove damage. Over a week between emails for a reply.
Wasted money and now have broken lamp.

Faulty lamp won’t refund

Purchased two lamps, one faulty. Miviano asked for photographs which I sent. Then they requested a video of the fault which I sent. Then they asked to receive the video again so I sent again. Now they are not responding to emails so I am left with a lamp that doesn’t work.

Faulty re charge lamps.

I have recently had a delivery of some lamps ,they look fab, but sadly two of them are not working correctly, I have a number of emails back and forth without any resolution. I am really pleased with how good and how robust they look, however the internal workings are faulty on two of them. The cuastomer service response is woefully lacking. This company charges top price for its goods so I expected a little more cooperation than someone anonymous person on eBay
