Save your money

I purchased the fairy lights to use on our christmas tree, as seen in the promotional video. On the solid setting they look nice. However, they are supposed to have 8 settings, as per the remote and manual. When you try to cycle through the other settings it will start out on one setting amd then rapidly cycle through the remainder, regardless of what setting you have it on. It becomes a mess of random patterns and blinking lights. The blinking is so erratic and over the top I would not be surprised if it caused a seizure, because it gave me a headache each time I tried any of the "other settings". Do not recommend. Spent $137.99 and when looking to return it would cost ME, as they don't do return shipping, a minimum of $170. Save your money, not worth it.

If I could give a zero I would

If I could give a zero I would. I purchased a bag for $99. They told me it was on the way and gave me a tracking number. Then they followed up by saying the item was no longer available if I could choose something else. Or if I would want to wait. I said I would wait. Then I got an email saying that they do have the bag and they will ship it now. Then they said they deliver it three months later, but I never had it delivered. It never showed up. And now when I write them, I get absolutely no response.

Stay away from this company if you can. They are far more options out there.

I wish I would have read reviews prior…

I wish I would have read reviews prior to buying from this SCAM company. They send defective items and want them returned with no shipping label to CHINA. They also lie and tell you they sent a new item with someonels’s tracking information. They lie to you and to Paypal and for some reason, Paypal takes their side. This company needs to be shut down.

They are a terrible company

They are a terrible company, firstly they send products that are defective. Then they don’t answer any email sent to them. I have sent one after another asking them to deal with the defective products that they sent. No answer. Took my hard earned money. It appears that they don’t care. I will never order from them again

I ordered a furniture mover to support…

I ordered a furniture mover to support my lacking mobility. However on using this I found that the item did not help as it was unable to move on carpets. I contacted them to explain the situation and they offered me a reduced refund. I did point out the existence of 100% refunds were offered. There was no response nor, after several follow up messages, any further communication from them.
This company makes substantial promises of quality and service but it is only jargon to help sell and not to interact with dissatisfied customers.
My advice, keep clear of this company

What a rubbish company item was supposed to be a beautiful hanging bird the video of it was amazing what I got was a picture of a bird on piece of plastic asked for refund only to give 30% off something else but no way of doing it anyway would never buy from this company again had to put one star but deserves none

Terrible service

Terrible service, Laing to customer, NO MONEY RETURN AS PROMISED! This company needs to be taken to court and cancel their license!!!
I placed an order on September 9, 2025. It was ready for delivery on September 9, 2025. It was shipped on September 20, 2025. It wasn't delivered within the company's stated timeframe. Customer service is giving me the same standard replies. The number provided by the company doesn't exist and isn't registered. I ordered a gift in advance, but all the deadlines have long passed, including my friend's birthday. I don't want to wait any longer and then pay for a return. I demand my money back, that's all!
Today Oct. 2, 2025 I received your "item".
This is absolutely not what you show on the website for purchase! You're simply lying to your customers!
I will return this piece of crap but NO PAY for delivery!

Not the item I ordered

I ordered the realistic puppy for my daughter and what was described on their website is not what we received. The one I ordered was supposed to be rechargeable and come with the charging cables. But the one I got was definitely nothing like was described. It takes double A batteries and looks nothing like the picture. Also when we opened the package the box was smashed pretty bad.
Just an over all disappointment and will never order from this company again and I will make sure none of my family or friends order from them either.
