Great purchase! Next day delivery! Good communication with the company! I used newpay for the payment and everything is working as expected!

After a massive mistake my end thinking some decks was in store, i went and sold my existing decks only then to realise there where placed on back order and i have a show on Saturday.
The staff did everything in there power to rectify my mistake and after some hard work they found me a similar controller within my price, well it was cheaper, and they are getting out to me next day.
I cant thank you enough.

Order from them and no item arrived I contacted twice and twice they said they would get back to me and they didn’t, they do not stock what they we’re selling and kept saying they would contact their supplier, thankfully bought through PayPal so I requested a refund of which they did agree quickly.
Ordered from elsewhere and arriving next week I could have had this two weeks ago if I had bought elsewhere.

Be very careful when ordering as they quite often advertise items as in stock but they are not. You are then left waiting for quite a while to get your refund, especially if you buy via finance. In my experience, ordered a item listed as in stock on the website, not in stock so offered a B stock item until new stock came in which I accepted. In the meantime a new item came out which is slightly more expensive so contacted them to swap the item sent for the new item and i'll pay the difference. Fine they said, send it back and we'll swap. So they receive the item back with a note inside to ask for me to be called when they get it back so I can pay the difference for the new item. They received the item but I get no call. I call them about a week after they have received the item back (I know this as sent the item back tracked and signed and it was signed for by a member of their staff). I have the company website open in front of me with the item I want listed as in stock. So on the phone call I ask about paying the extra for the new item I wanted to be told it was out of stock. So two items listed as in stock are not in stock. I asked to cancel the order and the finance agreement as to have this happen twice is not professional at all and just seems odd. Had to chase them around to get the finance agreement cancelled and was basically told unless I pay a courier fee then the finance agreement won't be cancelled when I had an email from a member of staff that stated the agreement had already been cancelled which was a lie as, as stated, another member of staff on a later call said the agreement won't be cancelled until the courier fee was paid. Please be wary when dealing with this company.

I got a great deal on some CDJs, the website is easy to use and the staff answered many questions that I had.

Disgraceful business, ordered a deck stand from them but all they are really doing is ordering from a supplier once they have your money. After waiting a month I got in touch and was told it was ‘on its way’. Another month and they stopped replying to emails and never answer the phone. Have had to claim back £250 via PayPal. Avoid!

I am happy to report about the fantastic services received from Mixdirect. They helped me pick my DJ items which were of excellent quality and just what I need. The patient customer care gave me effective and sound assistance almost every step of the way. I even got some equipment repaired by them, and now my gear is in top order! Thank you blokes.

Mix Direct is certainly the best DJ equipment supplier in the UK with the best deals price matched anywhere in the UK! I would always recommend these guys over any other company because of the combination of friendly knowledgable advise matched with the best deals i've actually ever known by a company. I was so impressed i always tell my friend about this little gem of a store if they are looking to buy any aspect of DJ equipment no matter how big or small. 5 stars!!!
