Najeeb was a great member of staff, he was very helpful and there is everything you are looking for ! Great shop, 10/10 !

They keep sending me emails claiming they’ve “blocked” messages from one of my clients — but they never say who the client is.

After that, they immediately try to pitch their product. There’s no unsubscribe link, no way to stop the messages, and the emails can’t be replied to.

I send emails to over 10,000 people daily, so I have no way of knowing who to remove to make their messages stop. Unlike my own clients, I never consented to receive daily emails from them.

If they run their business the same way they handle their email outreach, I’d strongly suggest staying far away.

Solid 1 star for spamming email lists without a way to unsubscribe them. Incredibly scammy tactics to promote their service. Avoid at all cost.

Background: they subscribe to your email list, then pretend that they 'blocked' someone's inbox. This email comes from an email different than the one that they put on my email list, so it is impossible for someone to know how to block it.

Could literally not get shadier.

Ok software. They make billing very hard to understand and also impossible to cancel.

They are very sneaky about subscriptions. I wanted a month to month subscription but they charged me for a year. I emailed them and they said they would refund my money. Well... to add insult to injury, they charged me AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!! $696.00 in charges. What a terrible company.

Mixmax is a great tool for email outreach. Been using them for years. Best dashboard in the biz and supper friendly support team.

I needed to track my correspondence with our users to increase engagement and decide whether the leads were active. Mixmax helped me to do that and beyond. I have sequences that increased lead engagement by three folds. Now we have more calls than we can handle, and we can prioritize the more qualified leads.

Mixmax was really good before. It was revolutionary. But it really went downhill.. Broken emails, bad reports, formatting errors. The worst customer service I've ever seen.
