Support doesn’t respond, no resolution on bugs

I reached out to the support team with a strange issue I was having when building out my site. The team was not only responsive - they acknowledged receiving my inquiry right away, but I was thrilled to hear from someone who sounded like they were an actual human being and not responding from a script. But the five-star review is for the support and eventual solution the team came up with, within 24 hours of my raising the issue. I'm super impressed - this experience was enough for me to go from a "trial user" to signing up for a paid plan. I feel like I'm in good hands!

I literally set up my site and it was a breeze ,I also had help generating very responsive copied of ally site pages using their special AI functionality.
I highly recommend.

Mixo is such a neat product. The experience is just clean, straight forward, it gets the job done. I love it! While everything about it is super simple, they were able to dissect key aspects that would be time consuming as Google Analytics integration, waitlist management, and more all no code and truuuuuuuly done in one click.

Simple to set up and get a useful and well presented site on a budget.

I appreciate MIXO's mission to build websites without coding using AI technology, significantly minimizing effort and time. This is especially beneficial for small and medium-sized business owners with non-technical backgrounds who have often been taken advantage of by conventional website builders and service providers.

While other providers like Durable and Butternut exist, MIXO stands out by offering superior, user-friendly solutions with additional features, all backed by American expertise.

However, there are some missing features, such as e-commerce capabilities, Progressive Web Apps (PWAs), support for multiple domains, unlimited pages, landing pages, and CRM. If you could enhance your offerings with these features and adopt reasonable pricing models, MIXO could become a game-changer in the next 10 years in India, America, Africa, and other global markets.

Both Adam AND Giles!! They have BOTH BEEN SO VERY PATIENT AND HELPFUL! ABOVE AND BEYOND! The first time I had an issue in March 2024, I believe that was the month, Adam assisted me with a payment issue. After he resolved the payment issue, he went the step further to re-publish my site so I didn't have to go through the headache in doing so! 1-2-3 easy peezy...Just lovely! Recently, just this month May 2024, I had another issue with payment because I had to use a different card and I tell you, Giles was on the case! He even went further into the matter and was able to pinpoint and tell me EXACTLY what the issue was BEFORE I was able to even contact my bank. The email communication was so consistent and the concern was truly felt. I was able to go ahead and make the payment with all the help and communication I received. Giles and Adam must both be Mixo's star employees! The level of customer service and satisfaction they both give are off the charts! Exceedingly and abundantly, they are stellar! I am very grateful to have chosen Mixo to build my landing page and that has ALL to do with Adam and Giles as my support!

As a startup founder, Mixo has been an incredible asset in giving a web dev incompetent like myself, the tools to make a sleek, chic, 2024 website. It also does not feel like the many other AI website builders. Yes, you have to pay for the premium account if you truly need to launch a business of any kind, but there are so many promos, you just may for the whole year and forget about it because it looks so nice.

Also, major shoutout to the founder Adam. I had an issue where my custom domain was unresponsive, and he reached out within hours and had a full step by step guide on what to do, and went above and beyond by sorting things out on Mixo's end to ensure everything was 100%.

The ease and speed to create an Ai generated website is incredible with Mixo. Plus we loved that our page automatically looked good on any screen size.

However, what really sets Mixo apart in our opinion, is their incredible customer service.

They helped us with our pre-launch landing page (bestaiprofit.com), and each time we had a question, they responded within 24 hours.
